"Very disappointed with the room, shower didn't work and we asked about room service , reception didn't know if they were doing it due to a large wedding, the reason I booked the hotel was for this."

"I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website."
