“Nice room”

“I typically like to use Tru by Hilton hotels on my business trips as they are clean and newer. I was disappointed with this one as the property is neglected in my opinion. The hotel is not as clean as it should be, hallways have odors, my room had dirt on the floor, shower had mold stains. The AC / heating units are difficult to set for comfort. The microwave by the front desk was filthy with mixed odors and of course there are none in the rooms. I also used the gym. I checked it the night...

Also, WiFi wouldn't work, compared to 16 other hotels ive stayed at recently, it's the only one that said...

“Absolutely loved it! Best staff I’ve ever met! Beyond excellent! Property was clean and nice. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Comfy rooms, beds, and pillows. Good location. Safe. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!”
