Anniversary getaway
It was a great one night getaway, owner replied to message quickly, very nice area clean house but it states 3 bedrooms then describes 2 bedroom. There are only 2 bedrooms. Well stay again soon

Second stay was as great as the first

Great experience
We loved staying at this cabin. It had lots of extras that we did not expect. The jetted tub was wonderful and also the hot tub was amazing. We did not get to experience the fire pit due to rain and the wood was wet but loved everything about the house. Would stay again!

Mentone Anniversary Getaway
We celebrated our fourth wedding anniversary at the cabin. It was very cozy and comfortable with all the furnished amenities. We enjoyed our stay, and especially feeding the deer! Only recommended improvement would include a tv in the bedroom.

Love the location
Pics don’t do this cabin justice! It’s so beautiful,cozy an big! We loved everything about it! The tub was so relaxing! Watching the deer was amazing! There wasn’t any food for the deer but the hubby drove 40mins on Christmas Eve to get some ☺️ I’ve never stayed in a cabin that was so stocked with everything u will ever need for ur stay!

Girls get-away
We always enjoy our stay so peaceful and quiet.everything you need for a mother, daughter,sister and aunt bonding experience. The only thing missing is a shower down stairs. My older aunt had difficulty going upstairs for shower. It would be perfect if a shower could be installed in utility room to rinse and dry off after hot tub soak

Beautiful Cabin, Woods, Deer sitings
Beautiful cabin, with a nice front porch & woods with deer passing often. Great firepit, we enjoyed. Also plenty of dishes & supplies. Beautiful pine wood walls, also. A few upgrades/repairs would help. The downstairs bedroom must not be insulated. It was super noisy between floor of loft & ceiling of bedroom below. And downstairs bedroom never warmed up while we had temps of high 30’s to low 40’s. Couldn’t raise the heat to high because it would heat up the loft way to much, which is normal for a loft. The bathroom toilets bubbled each other when used & sometimes happened when on it.

November visit
This was our first visit to the area, and we were wanting a cabin that offered privacy but was close to Desoto State Park, Little River Canyon, and Mentone. This one nicely did all that. The cabin was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. We enjoyed seeing deer in the yard, and we took advantage of the dark night sky to do some great star & meteorite watching. Lisa was a good host - very helpful and responsive. Be aware that cell service and Wi-Fi are spotty in this area, but then that's one reason we retreat to places like this, right? We can easily recommend staying in this cabin!

Relaxing Get Away!
We literally had everything we needed from coffee to hot tub towels and everything in between! The cabin and hot tub were so clean & made us feel right at home. We enjoyed having the daily deer visits; my boys just wished there had been more corn, ha! That was a great idea to provide that! Communication was great too. The only small issue we had was we initially missed the entrance into the neighborhood bc the sign was small. When we found it, we had zero issues! We loved our stay and that it was so affordable! Thank you!

Absolute gem near Mentone
We had an amazing stay at this home. It was without a doubt the most generously stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The hot tub and jacuzzi are nice. Furniture is comfortable. Only about 10 minutes from Mentone where there are some nice restaurants and some shops. A great place to stay relative to the best hiking in Northeast Alabama. Can’t wait to comeback!

Girls Trip
Our trip was awesome, the cabin was amazing it was like home away from home. We played games on the back porch and we had everything to cook our breakfast and listen to music, laughed and the most important thing we prayed together before leaving we all needed this healing retreat. Greeted by doe and fawn
Drove up with was as gps took me directly to the location. Address was prominently displayed and access was easy. A doe and fawn was in the front yard as I arrived and later I saw several deer in the backyard. The house was larger than I expected and was ready for us to settle in. We only stayed the one day but everything we accessed worked well. Would definitely stay again

Cabin for a Mentone Wedding
We had a very memorable time at the Suite Release cabin where our family stayed for my daughter's wedding 8/20/23. It was so beautiful and peaceful and we loved feeding the Deer! Perfect week for a perfect wedding!

Peaceful
The cabin is in a neighborhood, but only saw one or two people walking their dog and we occasionally heard a vehicle pass by. Very quiet and peaceful. Home was stocked better than any cabin we have ever stayed in. Corn was furnished to feed the deer and hummingbird feeder was full of nectar. I recommend Tigers Inn Restaurant in Valley Head and The Willow Tree Grill in Summerville, GA for excellent meals. Also, we had a nice, relaxing ride on the Hendon's pontoon boat down Little River.

Book this cabin!!
Where do I start! Just book this cabin if you are in Mentone! Clean, comfy beds and couches, great jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, hot tub outside, fire pit with wood for you and chairs around it, towels for hot tub and for bath, so many extras like coffee and creamer and laundry detergent, kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want, games and cable in the den, and probably our favorite part was corn for us to put out and see the deer walk right into the yard to eat! The owner was great to work with. I needed to move our reservation and she got it done for me no problem. The cabin was easy to find and all the info you need is easy to understand. Book this cabin!

Peace and quiet
This property is absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is your place. We have never seen a better stocked kitchen in all our VRBO stays. The hot tub is awesome. Perfect way to relax after a day out exploring. I was so happy to see the offset smoker in the back yard. Cooked up some delicious ribs and shrimp. We can't wait to get back there and disconnect from our busy lives. It doesn't get much better than this cabin .

Not as advertised!!
This property is listed as a three-bedroom, and it has one bedroom and a loft. The loft has no door and is just a bed upstairs, which was totally not usable for our small children. We never would have booked under these circumstances. Additionally, the WiFi does not work. We were told it was “spotty” in the mountains, but it’s clearly because it’s dependent on a tiny mobile WiFi hotspot rather than an actual router.

VRBO reached out to you and told you it was their mistake in advertising. If you had actually read my description you would have known exactly what was offered. Also, we don't advertise wifi because it isn't dependable in our area. I suggest you read before you book again. I'm sorry you were so disappointed. Most of our renters love our place. I guess you can't please everyone.

Cozy Cabin Getaway
My wife and I were looking forward to this getaway, just the two of us. This cabin is located away from the traffic in a quiet neighborhood. You have neighbors close by but it feels secluded with the woods surrounding it. The inside is neatly furnished with all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Retirement Getaway

The Best Girls Trip
We had the best time, thank you for sharing your cabin. Waking up to the sound of squirrels on the roof started my day in the best way. The cabin was comfy and lovely. Had lots of soft seating inside for us girls to sit up and talk well into the morning. Beds, futon, and sofas were perfect for what little sleep we got. The cabin comes very stocked. There was nothing they owners haven't thought of. Check in was a breeze, as was check out. I love that they left 2 buckets of corn so we could feed the deer. Woke up in the morning to 4 deer eating away. The outdoor seating was fantastic. Had the best time exploring the falls, Mentone, and enjoying the property. Had fantastic meals at Wildflower Café and Hatters Café. Enjoyed the shops in Mentone; we all even bought some local art. We will definitely be back!
