Wouldn’t rent again

The floors were very dirty. Every time you flushed the toilet, it sounded like a dying cat. Most of the kitchen cabinets were locked for “owners use only” so, no real place to put the things that we brought in the pantry or cabinets. Nothing was provided as far as salt, pepper, any kind of condiments, or anything in the pantry. The kitchen utensils that were provided were all very cheap. The cutting board was moldy. The furniture is old and not very comfortable. The beds were not very comfortable and very hard. No pillow tops or padding of any kind. Not even a cushy mattress pad. There were no extra pillows. The location was excellent and the pool was gret!! I would just pick another unit in the same location to rent next time.

Best bang for your buck

The townhouse was super clean and nice. Right next to the pool. If I had to complain about on thing it would be about the parking situation. There isn’t too many spaces and they fill up quickly especially late in the evening when everyone is home. Overall it was definitely worth the price.

Loved this stay so much!

Property was BEAUTIFUL! Really was an effortless stay. They have gone above and beyond to supply you with things you will need for a beach vacation! Comfortable and neat as a pin! Great communication with owner! So nice and made sure we were taken care of! Can not say enough good things about this place! We will be back! The sooner the better ❤️

A wonderful respite

We stayed at Cape Crossing for a month allowing our family to come visit at different times over the month. The accommodation was wonderful, clean and spacious. It was a perfect location for us to visit Disney, Kennedy Space Center and the beach. The townhouse is in close proximity to the canal and marina. It was so amazing to see Dolphins and Manatees almost every day. There is a great Tiki Bar with fantastic Polynesian style food overlooking the canal. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and weight room daily. Nicole has thought of everything providing us with beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for a day at the beach. We loved it! Thank you

Convenient location

Loved the property. It was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Pool was so close to our unit. Very good location for Kennedy space center and Port Canaveral. Also has beach chairs, coolers to go to Cocoa Beach!

Everything we hoped for and more!

We were looking for a place close to Kennedy Space Center, the beach and kayak tours and this was perfect. The townhome was big, clean and beautifully decorated. Nicole was the perfect host and equipped it with many nice touches to make our stay enjoyable. A fully stocked kitchen and lots of beach equipment allowed us to fly here without lots of extra stuff to drag along. Our teen boys loved the room and the TVs. The location itself had a restaurant and kayak rentals if we wanted to stay close by. It was only 15min from everything in Cocoa Beach and KSC without the traffic hassle. The community was very quiet and we got a great night sleep. Overall a wonderful experience and very responsive and thoughtful host. Definitely recommend!
