“The hotel is infested with bedbugs. My bed also had ants in it. I asked to change room but the other room also had bedbugs. A third room I was offered also had evidence of bed bugs. "Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff.
