“We really enjoyed our stay at Kaphouse family hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well kept. The staff were genuinely friendly, always welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. You can really feel it’s a family hotel—comfortable, caring, and relaxed. We would definitely stay again!”

“Fantastisk skidåkning i närheten”

“Cok temizdir ”

“The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. “Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience.”

“A very nice and familiar hotel with good service and good breakfast. 10 min. walk to the gondola station and 5 min. to the city center. I can recommend the restaurant! I´m comming back again and again to this nice little hotel.”

“Cheap, clean and ok good food.”

“Alles was perfect ”

“ Average hotel but no more. Impossible to find parking place. Spa is smallest I've ever seen. They charge 60 leva for 100cl cognac but doesn't evet have glasses. TV on lodge vas troubling and we said several times but nobody even bothered. Only good thing was the restaurant and food was very good. Overall hotel is not worth even 2 stars ”
