Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The condo is nothing what the images provided. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking. Very disappointing, it felt very dirty, the towels all stained, floors wet, stains on the couch, and seats, bathroom vanity falling apart. Sliding door lock broken. This unit needs work! Random pieces of silverware not even a complete set. Would not recommend.

The is really terrible of the hotel. I thought the checkout was at 11am. I was packing at 10:40am when hotel security and multiple other hotel staff barged into my room, degraded me, humiliated me, and kicked me out of my place before I could even pack my food up. I tried to explain to the security guard that I had my headphones on, was packing, and thought checkout was at 11am. The guard continued to yell at me, degrade me, and call me names. I had stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks alone, while my family is in town at my other Condo in Miami Beach. This was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I'm still trying to understand why this place would treat a customer so badly for an innocent mistake. Btw - I was ready and packed and left immediatley b/c it was 10:40am, and I thought checkout was at 11am. The security guard is clearly NOT trained at all, and he has a gun, like a police officer. This whole thing could have ended a lot worse. I'm just glad I'm out of this place.

It was “fine” for what we needed for this trip—just sleep for 2 nights. But if this was a different stay:Low level amenities. 3 drink glasses, no plates, no cookware.Bathrooms had mismatched towels. Shower nowhere to put soap, razor, shampoo. Furniture and decoration minimal and dated.Location, beach and pool were great for our stay.We arrived 40 minutes before the 4:00 check-in and were denied access until 4:00. I have no faith that the apartment was “not ready”- just strict adherence to an unnecessary policy.

Inaccurate listing. Not the same unit as displayed. Doors that did not shut, lights that did not work, filthy with water rings on the side tables, and a leaky toilet. We were shown another unit and that one had NO TVs and also needed multiple repairs. The receptionist was very nice and refunded my deposit and parking cost and the host did refund my money with no issues but overall disappointed in the misleading ad that wasted our time in Miami.

Good place to stay

Over all this was a good place to stay. Great access to the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean. The room was overall clean.However did not have a lot of amenities you may be used to in a hotel. While I was there, there was no restaurant on the premises thatwas open, which was not communicated to me in advance and was a big inconvenience.to go somewhere else. Which was enient.

Review

Great location, staff and unit. Stayed for over a month and had no issues. Only downsides were no pots and pans, loud AC unit, no sun on the balcony, and slow elevators. Overall great place to stay and clean unit.

Wasn’t clean ,we had water issues,no hot water in one bathroom and the air conditioner leaked and soaked the carpet, there was no one to correct the issue only security? Was offered no discount for inconvenience

Miami stay

Property was older, but clean. A few things we had to learn the hard way. Shower handle was inverted for hot and cold, found this out next day. Air conditioning in one room was dripping water and couldn't be used. Kitchen was void of paper towels, coffee filter. Available if asked for but realized too late. When checking in it would have been great if they had let us know these things. Pool area was nice and the beach was right there. Overall it was a good stay.

We booked a partial ocean view suite and was given a bay / traffic suite that was noisy (at all hours) and had a non functioning toilet. The front desk staff was unwilling to make any changes to the room. We were finally moved half way through our week to a much nicer partial view suite after multiple emails back to VRBO. The cockroach was the last straw.

go for the location

If you want to be on the beach but not amidst the crowds of South Beach, this is the place. The trade off is restaurants and activities require driving, a long walk (not a bad thing!), or public transportation. The lobby and halls were well maintained. Our unit was a shabby and could have used a more thorough deep cleaning. The pictures do not represent the state of the condition. The kitchen was not equipped well. Nor were the baths...no full sets of towels...not enough supplies. The guest above us were quite noisy. The staff and service are great. We asked for more supplies and got them quickly. The boardwalk is just steps away. As is the beach and pool. The tennis courts were locked, likely because the surface was damp. Shout out to Sazon (2 miles north) for a great Cuban dinner! One last note regarding location. If you are planning to stay on the island or looking for a beach-focused vacation, this is a place to consider. But know that driving ANYWHERE during peak seasons is like driving the NYC. Rent bikes. Take public transport. Uber/Lift. We loved Little Havana and The Grove but it took time to get there. And we had a car. Everyone is so friendly. Enjoy the culture!

Really good for groups. I will be back

Seacoast did an awesome job of taking care of my group and others I knew in the building. The beach access is awesome as well as the entire outdoor pool area. Checking in and out was easy. The views are great. My only knock is the fitness center. None of the cardio machines work, the weights were very dated and the entire room in general is unorganized.

Disappointed

I was disappointed in our apartment based on the description. Everything was incredibly old, painting was chipped, looks were rough. There was a sign on the slider saying not to use the balcony for safety reasons. The ice maker didn't work and made a horrible noise. The TV had screen burnt spots in it. Thankfully we were not in the room much and the location by the water was easy but overall this was a disappointment.
