Seacoast Suites ligger mitt i Miami Beach, på Collins Avenue mellan Indian Creek Bay och Atlanten. Vi är bara några minuter från South Beachs berömda klubbar och restauranger och ett par mil söderut från The Shoppes på Bal Harbour och Aventura Mall. Men den bästa delen av denna plats är tillgången till stranden, bara en promenad ner. Byggnadsfaciliteterna inkluderar 24-timmars betjänare, pool, en dubbel uppsättning tennisbanor, fullt utrustat gym / spa, marknad / närbutik öppen 7 dagar i veckan, strand- och loungestolar, volleybollsandbana och en restaurang på plats. The shower floor was moldy. Carpets were filthy and the floor was horribly uneven. The bed skirt in one of the bedrooms had a brown stain which chocolate, blood or fecal matter. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty as well. Most of these things could have been properly attended to.

The apartment it’s nice and well located, but the coffee machine was dirty when we arrived, all the cabinet handles were sticky. There is not kettle to boil water and the coffee mugs look like they were in world war 2, same with the pots. No coffee filters or salt and sugar ( the bear minimum for cooking). When we arrived at almost 5 pm the housekeeper was finishing up our room the floor was wet and smells. I will never recommend or go back to this place.

Overall this was a great stay for the price. The pool area was great, boardwalk along beach right to the hotel was great! The room itself is outdated and a little grimy with old stained rugs and basic everything else.for a 2 bedroom with kitchen though you can not find a better price so it is priced accordingly. Balcony was nice with pretty views on both sides. Checkin instructions werent provided but were easy and they responding quickly when asked...just go to the front desk to checkin. Restraunt has odd hours so i wouldnt count on eating or drinking on site and restraunts are a bit of a walk away but doable. They didnt have water available onsite by the time we checked in and no close convenient stores so i would plan ahead if u like/need to have water/drink of any kind at bedtime.

Ocean was not visable from our room. Room was outdated and rug was dirty.Toilet leaked from the floor which flooded the floor we notified front desk they sent someone up with the hour they only mopped the floor when we returned that night after dinner the floor was flooded again. The next morning I notified the front desk and they sent someone up to put a new seal on the base of toilet. We never received any apologies for the inconvenience.Also the elevators didn’t work the first two days so we had to use the service entrance or you’d be there all day waiting for the one elevator. We also were charge 120 after check out for towels when we told the front desk we had to leave the towels in the room because the pool attendant on Friday was not there as it was raining in order for us to get our pool cards back. The only good thing about this place was it was close to the water and had a pool other than that I would avoid this place as the service, communication and cleanliness is poor.

Will never stay at this place again. I should have dug deeper in the reviews but the listing made it look so nice. Our room was nothing like what the listing showed. The room smelled, furniture was old, ripped and broken, we could not sit on the couch in the living room because it was broken, curtains were stained there was crumbs in the cabinets in the kitchen, dining room chairs were ripped and the floors were dirty. Our balcony only had two chairs and a small table but one of the chairs was rusted out and not safe to sit on. One elevator broke down on second day and the restaurant was never opened. The listing stated two chairs by the pool were included with the room but they didn’t have enough chairs out by the pool for the amount of rooms that were there. When asked staff about it they said we could rent chairs out by the beach. It VRBO allowed I would have given this zero stars but the is not an option.

No ocean view as advertised. Carpet is old and feels greasy. Only one of two elevators is working. Elevator is a nightmare, slow and crowded, long wait. Old building with no upgrades. Pool is clean but small for this size property. Easy access to beach. Good location. Otherwise this would be a 1 star .

This unit is not equipped for short stays. It literally had TWO drinking cups. Unit is older and not updated. The building is in a state of renovation, not yet complete. The building is on the beach but this unit looks over downtown Miami. It is not walking distance to much of anything so plan on Uber or a rental car.There is a small restaurant with limited hours. The pool area is nice.

We arrived early, checked in our luggage, and were told we could use the amenities. However, we were not given a key card, which resulted in us being locked out of the building and having to call for assistance. The staff member then confirmed that she had forgotten to provide us with a key.Once we were able to access the room, it was very dirty. It appeared to have been quickly cleaned just to look presentable at first glance, but the more we looked around, the more noticeable the dirt became. We were only provided with three towels and two washcloths. One of the washcloths had to be used on the floor because the toilet was leaking. Maintenance did come to fix the issue, but when we went to the front desk around 5:00 PM to request additional towels, we were told housekeeping had already left and there was nothing they could do. We were told we would have to wait until the following morning… even though we were checking out then.That left four people with only two towels and two washcloths. After my grandmother pressed the issue, security was eventually able to locate two additional towels and washcloths for us.When we checked out the next morning, the front desk attendant appeared annoyed, barely looked up from her phone, and did not stand or acknowledge us in a welcoming manner. She came across as very unapproachable and made us feel like an inconvenience.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I will not be staying at this facility again.

Bait & Switch

Poor communication on check in process. Received no email before our arrival. On our arrival, the front desk seemed quite efficient and check in went smoothly. The shock came when we arrived at our room to see our bayside view room actually faced an alley way that was under construction. The room itself was extremely spartan of furniture and hardly anything stocked in the kitchen. Carpeting was very stained & pretty disgusting. Paint was peeling on the wall’s & ceiling. Back at the front desk, we come to find there are no other rooms available and we were told to contact our VRBO host, who never responded back. In the morning we requested a better accommodation and were told a bay view room was now available, so we switched rooms for our second and thankfully last night. This room at least had a view, but was still in dire need of new carpeting and some TLC. Would not recommend this place at all!!

Vacances du nouvel an en Floride

L’emplacement est vraiment bien. À deux pas de la plage. Pour le reste.. l’appartement est mal entretenu, ce n’était pas propre, les meubles sont abîmés. Les tapis dans les chambres sont sale, la cuisine n’est pas équipé. Pas de coupe à vin, seulement 4 verres, pas de guenilles ou de linge à vaisselle. Dommage puisque l’immeuble semble avoir un riche héritage. Je n’y retournerai pas

Great location, however slow draining toilette

We spend about an hour getting one of the toilettes to flow. It was not blocked. It drained slowly and there was not enough strength on the flush. It was late so we just wanted to go to bed.
