Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

To begin, the place looked nothing like the pictures. This condo didn’t have anything in it besides a few glasses and plates. If you plan on making food, you’ll have to bring your own pots/pans. You’ll also have to buy garbage bags, dishwasher pods/dish soap, kitchen towels etc. The ice maker in the freezer does not work and the ice maker on the first floor where housekeeping is did not work either so you will have to buy your own ice/water. The couch was very small and uncomfortable. Having the two beach chairs and pool chairs is really nice. They do give you a towel card but can only use that towel if they are open. I recommend to bring your own towel if possible. Overall, the staff was friendly and welcoming and was able to answer any questions that we had. Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate a few of the requests. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Nice budget room if you want to save a little money on the room but you will spend extra to get necessities that you need.

Other than having basically no kitchen utensils or appliances, the unit looked nothing like the pictures. The level of digital rendering is just absurd and honestly borders morality. Building was very let down (1 elevator was not working). Only highlight I would say was proximity to beach

No frills but perfect for the price

Listen this place isn’t some 5 star full service hotel, and if that’s what you’re expecting you’ll be disappointed. If you need a place to stay that’s comfortable and on the beach it’s perfect. The condo is spacious and while the furniture could be more comfortable it’s not unbearable. Tips: if you plan to cook full meals bring a kitchen knife and your favorite pan because kitchen utensils were sparse. I also recommend bringing cups as they give us two tiny rocks glasses and some coffee cups. They also do not supply dish soap or dishwasher detergent. Towels weren’t fully stocked but they brought more when we asked. Use the service elevator if the main ones are full or running slow! I was disappointed to learn that to use the cabana beds it’s 350 a day plus tax but you do get food and drinks. The outdoor restaurant Louie’s is really good, wish they were open all week but you can only catch them on the weekend. Overall we had a great time and felt the accommodations were everything we needed!

Very poor kitchen 3/10

The kitchen was very limited in terms of utensils. The coffee cups were too small. Not even a single frying pan. No sharp knives.No paper towels. I rated the kitchen 3/10 . I would not rented again myself.

Great size - I had to get use to towel exchange- 1 per person each exchange

No extra pillows was the only problem … Children’s play area needs to be cleaned …climbing wood jungle gym had bolts missing & wood loose but …. Unit was a great size , clean , great location , clean pool , great dining restaurant on site Fri-Monday up to 6 pm then the tiki bar opens with food Fri- Monday ( ck days )
