The design is inspired by a tiny home. Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor.
The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass card provided with your stay.

We do have a place to store your bags and personal belongings before and after check in if need be.

Quiet and lush with greenery situated on the 7 mile Beach Walk but CLOSE to the best restaurants and Miami night life, also close to South Point Pier and Miami Beach Marina, building is situated beachfront on one of the most beautiful stretch of Miami Beach and South Beach. Walking friendly neighborhood to
restaurants shopping attractions and beach.

Property was clean and communication from owner was excellent. Loved the access to free chairs and umbrella on beach. We only stayed one night before a cruise but enjoyed sitting on the beach and watching the cruise ships depart.Just a tip to the owner, maybe send the checkout procedures the day of check in. It was sent at the exact time we were leaving the unit so I never saw it until later in the day when it was too late.

Wonderful Spot to stay

We love this apartment in the perfect spot on South Beach. It is the perfect place to get away for a few days. The beach is just steps away from the back door. Anita is simply amazing as a host/manager of the unit.

Has everything you need

Stayed for one night, free nearby parking & free rental of chairs and umbrella were great. A little concerned with the strong musty/moldy smell when entering building and unit, but I think/hope that is just a Miami ocean front thing. Unit has some extremely worn floors and peeling faux shiplap, but excellent cleanliness of unit made up for it.

Cute, cozy efficiency room

Very clean, very comfy! Stayed the night before our cruise. Convenient location - about 15 minutes from out front to cruise terminal by Uber. Loved the close & easy proximity to the beach & restaurants. Only issue was getting the key from the lock box (took a few tries) and unlocking/locking the door (took many tries each time). 100% would stay here again & for longer!

Great location

This place was small, but we knew that before we got there. We weren't at the place much, because there are too many other things to do. It was walkable to all the fun areas around South Beach. It was nice to be able to get two chairs and an umbrella with no charge at the beach, too. We had no issues with anything, except the shower water was either just kind of warm or cold. We didn't let the host know while we were there, so I can't really complain.

Sufficient for a short stay.

Sufficient for a single person or couple for a short stay. The building and units are above average for cleanliness and dating of property. Feels more like a small well kept motel rather than a private VRBO. It’s not a 5 but will do if you want to be close to the beach and south beach activities.

Amazing location

I absolutely loved staying at this location! It was super easy to get around everywhere whether I decided to walk, rent a bike, Uber/lyft. I stayed by myself and felt super safe as a solo female traveler. Very quiet and peaceful throughout the night and early morning! Easy walk to the beach and you are at the perfect spot for the sunrise!! The included chairs, table, and umbrella was available everyday and the room included a small cooler! Highly recommended

Great Location on Miami Beach

Place was better than described. Very clean. Great communication from owners. Can't get any closer to the beach. You can walk to everything.Very comfortable room for two people. Might be a little tight for 3 people even though there is a sleeper couch. Would definitely recommend it for a Miami Beach stay.

Simply Amazing

The property was just as advertised. Contact with management was wonderful and responsive (she even sent us recommendations for places to eat nearby). The apartment is small but was fine for my wife, daughter, and myself for 2 days. The unit is just steps from an amazing beach that never seemed crowded. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Awesome for a small family

We thought the apartment was perfect for our needs. Our group consisted of myself, my wife and our teen daughter. The apartment isn’t big but it worked well with our small family. The apartment was situated at the far end of South Beach (away from most of the noise after dark). We loved that the beach was just steps away and there was a good pool on site. Anita was amazing with her communication and dinning suggestions. Host was very responsive! We would stay here again.

Instructions for check in ver thorough. Studio was clean and well stocked but there is a mini mart in the building in case you forgot anything. Restaurants are abundant and amazing here. Hosts were very helpful. Be aware there is a walk from parking to studio.

The location was perfect, right on beach. Small grocer on the first floor of the building, plus a market one block away. Nice quiet building. The managers Luis, Max and Anita were great to work with. This is an efficiency unit - perfect for two people max.

Very compact place with everything. The accommodations were exactly as pictured. Very nice & helpful property manager. Great access to beach and walking distance to everything.
