Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay. First, the elevators were extremely slow, which was frustrating, especially during busy times. The valet parking service was one of the worst I’ve experienced. On our first night, a phone charger I had left in the car went missing.
Additionally, we had three cars with us, and were unexpectedly told there was a limit on the number of cars allowed per reservation—something that was never disclosed during the booking process. We ended up paying $80 per day for parking, which felt excessive.
Another issue was that instead of the valet bringing the car to the front, we had to go up to the second floor to retrieve it ourselves, which defeats the purpose of valet service.
Lastly, we were required to take out the trash from our rooms ourselves, which was surprising and not something you'd expect from a hotel at this price
