The Space:

Inside, the apartment provides a warm, welcoming environment. Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.

A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
