ALL Guests will be Required to Pay a $125 Check-Out Cleaning Fee Directly to the Resort at Check-Out.

However, as an Additional Option, when a Guest Checks-In at the Front Desk, he or she can Choose from the Following:
- Every Other Day Cleaning: at $65 for Each Cleaning

***Important Note: Taxes will be applied to both the Check-Out fee of $125 and the Optional Cleaning at/by the Resort if Chosen by the Guest – which is a Total Tax of 14% (State & Resort)

***Please Note: Valet Parking is ONLY Free for Guests Staying 4 Nights or Longer. Instructions on where to park will be sent out once booking is completed. Valet at the Resort charges $50 per day.

- If you will be staying for fewer than 4 nights, please let us know at least 3 days prior to your reservation so we may assess if appropriate arrangements CAN be arranged.
- If you are arriving a day before or on the day of your reservation, please contact us immediately if valet is required.

We cannot guarantee that all valet accommodations will be satisfied, however, we will put our best foot forward to make every effort to do so.

Guests have access to all resort facilities; however, some of these places, such as the resort's restaurants, have extra fees.

Daybeds by the pool and beach are a paid amenity. If you are interested in reserving beds, feel free to ask our staff about doing so. Additionally, beach umbrellas are available for an additional cost.
