A very good property facing south with ocean views. This place is huge- 2br 2 bath with nice kitchen and living room. Patio is monstrous!!

Amazing Views and location!

This property delivered everything we needed and much more. The views were amazing. We spent lots of time on the balcony, enjoying the views of the ocean and the city. The beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. We made the trip specifically to Go to the F1 race at Hard Rock Stadium. It was just a short drive to South Beach and the stadium was easy to get to as well. The sunrise from the beach was amazing and we even saw dolphins. The beach service which starts at 9am - including chairs, towels, and umbrellas for two was a delightful treat.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Great beach access and very clean unit! We stayed with 5 girls and felt very safe. Only down side was the double beds listed as full beds were twin sized. We all still slept comfortably though.

Hollywood Beach vacation

Overall experience of staying at this condo with my family of five was good the only exception is that the sofa bed in the living room did not work properly but we were able to make it work. Food at the Terrazas restaurant in the ninth floor swimming pool area was really good and we all enjoyed it. A short walk to the beach every morning was really easy and our only complaint is that there was a lot of algae in the water but that’s because recent storms.

Amazing view

The condo is modern and the view is amazing. Needs a little bit improvement in the cleaning. Master bathroom has some mold and chairs in the living-room need cleaning. Just needs a little bit of attention. Resort fee is now $29 we enjoyed our stay
