The space:
Living Area:
A spacious, open-concept living area with modern decor and floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning ocean and city views. Features a comfortable sofa bed and a large TV for entertainment.

Kitchen and Dining Area:
A fully equipped, sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, showcasing uninterrupted views of the sparkling ocean, fostering a serene and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're enjoying a refined dinner or a relaxed brunch, this dining space offers a blend of comfort and stunning aesthetics, setting the stage for an exquisite dining affair. A stylish dining table that seats 4 people, ideal for family meals or gatherings with friends. The smaller bistro table for 2 likely features a compact design, it’s perfect for a quiet coffee or a cozy dinner.

Master Bedroom:

ROOFTOP POOL - Located on the 6th floor, infinity-edge ocean view pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck (included in resort fee).

INTERCOSTAL POOL - Located on the ground floor, infinity-edge intercostal view pool, west side of the building.

FITNESS CENTER - 6th floor, Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee).

BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee).

TENNIS COURT
Please note: The tennis court will be closed for the summer season.

BASKETBALL COURT

CONCIERGE - 24-hour personal concierge and room service.

RESTAURANT - Three restaurants, including the celebrated Hyde Beach Terrazas, showcase South Florida’s freshest seafood and citrus in seasonal menus that shine with originality (paid separately, off-site, no room service).

BAR - Full service bar with drinks specials (paid separately).

Age limit to check-in is 21+ years old.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:
(Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):

1. Resort Fee is $40 + tax per night
2. Valet Parking is $40 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit is $110 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.

EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.

*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.

Please note: Extra beach chairs are available on a first come first served basis, consider arriving early to secure them particularly during high season.

Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib:
A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

Housekeeping during stay (optional):
$160 + tax
This option is provided by the resort and available to book only via email to "centralized", The front desk can provide further details and options to help you reserve a spot.

**Early check-in needs to be confirmed with "Hyde Beach house" hotel directly by calling, They would be able to check you in as soon as the property gets the confirmation for the inspectors.

***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
