Nycklar till solen, kul och avkoppling

Denna CORNER-enhet ligger på FÖRSTA GOLVEN MED INGEN NABOLER och ligger på en ganska gata, en kort promenad från stranden. Enheten är två sovrum, två badrum som har helt renoverats 2016 ALLT NYTT. i avkopplande strandmotiv. Lägenheten har också ett stort bekvämt vardagsrum med platt-TV, DVD, 2 bekväma rum, 2 badrum och en stor utomhus privat terrass där du kan, koppla av och njuta av lugnet och helt. Andelslägenhet har precis genomgått en större renovering av privat pool och gemensamma utrymmen under 2018/2019.

Riktigt nära ligger stranden, där du har sanden vid dina fötter och det mjuka ljudet från havet som hjälper dig att koppla av. Lunch kan avnjutas i närheten av beach club, Ritz Carlton eller i byn på den berömda Sir Pizza.

Key Biscayne har så mycket att erbjuda hela familjen inklusive golf på Links en av de bästa banorna i Miami, tennis på Crandon Park Tennis Center (där Sony Ericsson spelas), Miami Sea Aquarium hem för späckhuggar, charter båtfiske, vindsurfing, sajt, vandring, cykeluthyrning och miles av cykelvägar för att ta dig över hela ön.

I slutet av ön har du det vackra ljusa huset som har utsikt över den berömda stranden där havssköldpaddorna kommer till stranden för att leverera sina ägg. Fantastisk.

Wonderful & private

My family had a great time in this well appointed condo, the proximity to the beach is as described and only a 4-5 minute walk. The patio is private with all of the lush plants and the pool area was never crowed with only 1 or 2 other guests some of the time; side note -the little orange flowers that blow around by the pool area were really pretty

The best beach stay!

This place was clean, easy to find, and only 4 minutes walk from the beach! Such a beautiful and quiet area. We did travel into the city one night and as should be expected, traffic was really terrible, so not the easiest for accessing the things in the city but if you are looking for a spot with access to gorgeous beaches that is quiet and relaxing this is it!! Host was communicative and great to work with.

KB March Break

We had a fantastic stay at this unit. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and sheets. TV and WIFI access. Very easy access to the beach just a short walk away. Ground level unit with a parking spot just steps away. Pool was heated and great to use. We spent 7 nights here, with our 4 kids. Great neighborhood; quiet and safe. Definitely will repeat next year!

Loved it

We absolutely loved our stay at Rick’s place. He was super easy to communicate with. The unit is gorgeous. We were there on Christmas Day, and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. Very nice high end appliances and everything you could possibly need. We love Key Biscayne and come once or twice a year. We will be back!

Clean and Comfortable with short walk to best beach

Easy to find and access with direction from owner. Actual living area very nice. Kitchen had basics to fix easy breakfasts and restaurant leftovers. No view at all but amazing access to best beach around with friendly people all around. Family friendly area. Comfortable place to return to each evening.

Perfect for families

We are a family of 5 with kids from 2-11. We had plenty of space and really liked the location. The beach is a block away which was fantastic. Close to great food, groceries, cvs. We loved the patio and the kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was great here.

Sisters Getaway

It was a good stay for what we needed... three sisters ages 49-55... Great location and the beautiful private beach access was a highlight. We did have an issue with the top bunk not having a bunk board to support the mattress from the rails underneath, but fortunately the sofa was a pullout that my sister used instead so it worked out. The owner was responsive to our questions and provided good information. A good value.

Great spot!

Great location on Key Biscayne, super close to the beach! The apartment is set up to ensure a wonderful vacation (well-stocked kitchen, towels) with lots of thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed all over the Key and this is our favorite spot.

Perfect for what we needed

A few friends and I stayed here to attend a wedding at the ritz Carlton. The unit was located a short walk along the beach to the ritz Carlton so the location was perfect for us. Rick was very easy to get a hold of and answered last minute questions very quickly. His place had everything anyone could possibly need. It felt very much like a lived in and loved home. I would definitely recommend ricks place.

Great Stay, Great Location, Great Lodging

This unit was exactly what our family needed for our stay in Key Biscayne. We have a family of six...2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 younger kids. The 2 younger kids slept on the bottom bunk, 1 teen on the top bunk, and 1 teen on the fold out couch. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom. With 6 of us, it was close quarters, but that is what we wanted on our family trip. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed...washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, towels, bedding, updated kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, etc. The unit is also a very short walk to the beach. If you are not in the mood for the beach, the building has a small pool, which we used and enjoyed. A Winn Dixie grocery store and other retail and restaurants are also a short walk or car ride away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, would definitely book again, and recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Key Biscayne.

Great Condo!

Excellent condo in a great location on Key Biscayne. Short 1 block walk to a great beach, easy walk to some restaurants & stores. Centrally located on Key Biscayne. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend!
