Ocean Front Penthouse med direkt havsutsikt från denna 3BED / 3BATH bostadsenhet, i den hetaste byggnaden i Hollywood Beach. Hyde Resort and Residences ligger bara några minuter från Aventura Mall och Bal Harbour. Byggnadsfaciliteterna inkluderar restaurang, två infinity-pooler med havsutsikt, soldäck och privata hytter, fullt utrustat gym med utsikt över havet, spa med full service med ånga och bastun.

The host Zen Vacations is not an honest group. Our booking was changed after our contract was signed, from the Penthouse to a lower floor. The units had different amenities. The pictures are not accurate to each unit necessarily. We were lied to, stating we were upgraded, vs the reality was a down grade. No reduction in cost or otherwise was offered. A "maintenance" issue was stated, though we confirmed onsite at the front desk that the original unit was simply rented to someone else after our booking. The unit we were provided is ok, the Lyfe building and management is not buttoned up. The spa is dirty, the overall property hospitality, does not leave you with a lush feeling, but that of a budget bargain focus. The view was excellent. VRBO should not work with Zen Vacations, it seems they have a history of bait and switch and not honoring contracts. After exploring other reviews, this seems to be a standard practice for Zen and the owners they represent.

We had a wonderful experience at the property overall, as it truly was great in many aspects. However, we encountered some unexpected hidden fees that potential guests should be aware of. One of the main costs was the mandatory resort fee, which totaled 40 per day. This fee granted us access to several amenities, including the gym and pool facilities, along with the provision of towels and two beach chairs with an umbrella for our use on the beach. However, we discovered that if we desired any additional beach chairs, there was an extra charge of 50 per day for each chair, which can add up quickly for larger groups.Furthermore, if you're planning on using valet services, be prepared for an additional expense of 35 per car per day. Since our group consisted of three couples, we encountered a slight issue with the valet service, which only allowed us to valet two cars at the standard rate. Unfortunately, any additional vehicle beyond those two would incur a whopping fee of 140 per day, which significantly escalated our transportation costs during the stay.On a positive note, the room we stayed in was lovely and exceeded our expectations. The decor was tasteful, and it offered stunning views. Additionally, the host was exceptionally attentive, responding to all our requests and inquiries almost immediately, which certainly enhanced our overall experience.

Beautiful room and property

3 bedroom unit was perfect for our group of 6. Appreciated the large table inside and on the patio so we could all sit together and enjoy the view. Pool was lovely and having chairs and shade setup on the beach was great. For the oceanfront, being able to use the dedicated elevator was very quick and the valets were always fast with the car. Would definitely stay here again.-Don

A Memorable Stay in Miami: The Exceptional Apartment and Laure's Kindness

The rental apartment we had the opportunity to discover in Miami was simply exceptional, and it is clear that if the opportunity presents itself again, I would not hesitate for a second to return. However, although the overall experience was fantastic, there were some aspects that are worth mentioning. First and foremost, the apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and offered breathtaking views of both the sea and the city from the balcony. The décor was modern, and it had all the amenities we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The main drawback was related to elevator access. There was only one elevator serving multiple floors, which meant occasional short waits. Our little mishap occurred upon arrival. After a tiring journey, we checked in without any issues. However, once we reached the apartment door, we discovered that we needed to use a magnetic card and enter a code to access it. At that moment, accumulated fatigue and the late hour (it was around 2 in the morning) made us panic a bit. We went down to the reception for assistance, but at that late hour, they advised us to contact the host, Laure. Fortunately, Laure responded to our message in just 2 minutes, which greatly relieved our concerns. Her quick response and support were exemplary. What we remember most from this experience, in addition to the amazing apartment, is the speed of response and the kindness of our host, Laure. Thank You :)

Great place

This penthouse suite was super nice with great views and a great kitchen. It was also nice to have a semi-dedicated elevator. Even being on the 40th floor, we hardly ever had to wait for an elevator - which was a super plus on a busy weekend.

Not what we expected

This was our first vacation since covid. There was a huge leak and we had to move out of the property within 24 hours of checking in. Property manager was receptive however we had to move to a new location. You would think the owner would have given us a significant discount considering the inconvenience of moving everything with 3 small kids. But no luck there…it’s all about the money not the hospitality!

Amazing View and Accessibility

We really had an amazing time at this property. Laure as a host was responsive and flexible with requests! Great view from all three rooms. Large balcony and great space both inside and outside. The valet is a little pricey but really eases parking troubles and you can request your car 15min early and have it ready waiting for you!

Great View & Location

Excellent view and spacious condo that met our needs. The large wrap around balcony and the view made this condo a winner. We had a total of 5 family members on this trip and had plenty of room. If you go into this rental with the understanding it is a condo rental property and not a full service hotel, then you will be pleased. The condo does need some basic maintenance such as re-grouting the master shower but overall it is a excellent rental. The property contact Laure was very responsive and timely to our questions.

The property is fantastic. Property Mgr. and Hyde Staff are very friendly, and this unit was fantastic. Jimmy, the bartender at the pool should be nominated as Employee of the Year. Only complaint about property was the largest pool is not heated, the ocean was actually warmer. Would definitely stay in this unit again.
