Welcome to Ocean Five Condo. I wanted to be the first to welcome you! I hope you have a warm and enjoyable stay. I wanted to give you a few pointers to make your stay more comfortable. 1. The Trash Chute is out in the Hallway in each floor. Please look for it. There should be also additional garbage bags at the bottom of the garbage cans. 2. Please avoid putting too much clothes or towels in the dryer. Doing so will cause to trip the heating thermostat as these dryers are very sensitive. If the dryer does not dry, please call or text 305.989.2282 to report it. 3. The Cooktop is sometimes goes to “Panel Lock”. To unlock the Panel, Place your finger on the panel lock for 5 seconds. This will unlock the panel and the cooktop is ready to use. Please make sure the Knob is in the correct position just above the Panel Lock. To turn on the burners, press the corresponding burner and turn the knob clockwise to increase. To decrease, press the Burner again and turn the knob Counter Clockwise. 4. The sheets and blankets and pillows for the sofa bed, should be in one of the closets. If you need it and cannot find it, Please call Ocean Five Hotel front desk and ask for it. Here is the number: 305.532.7093. 5. If the TV does not show any programming once you turn it on, please follow these procedures: a.There should be 2 remotes for each TV. One for the TV and on for Direct TV Cable. Turn on the TV using the TV remote and change the Channels using the Direct TV Remote. b.There is either Input or Source bottom on the TV remote. Press this as many times as possible to find the TV Channels. 6. You will find the A/C control panel on the wall. We have has occasions in the past where the A/C froze, because people have opened the doors and windows and blasted the Air Conditioning by lowering it to 60. The A/C unit cannot handle this. To make sure efficient operations, Please have the door closed and set the A/C to between 69 to 72 degrees for optimum operations. 7. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the Condo. Thank you for your cooperation.

Die Wohnung ist toll und unser Aufenthalt dadurch auch. Die Hinweise des Vermieters zum Parken und zum Zugang zur Wohnung gab es bereits vor der Anreise. Die Wohnung war sauber und noch besser als auf den Fotos beschrieben. Das Sofa für die fünfte Person ließ sich leicht umbauen und das Bettzeug befand sich im Schrank eines Schlafzimmers. Sehr schöne Handtücher, Badehandtücher, Duschbad und Schampoo, Waschmittel, und Spülmittel waren sogar da. Auch vier Strandstühle ( 2 sind leider schon sehr rostig) und ein Sonnenschirm waren vorhanden. Es gibt drei Balkone. Zwei zur Straße mit Blick zum Atlantik und einen nach hinten raus. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sehr gut ausgestattet. Besteck ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank ist riesig, leider funktioniert das große Gefrierfach nicht. Die zwei Bäder sind sehr schön, besonders die Duschen. Der Griff zum Spülen für die eine Toilette ist sehr wacklig und man hat etwas Angst, dass er abfällt. Der Pool auf dem Dach war einfach toll. Er war sehr sauber. Stühle und liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Etwas Schatten findet man auch. Die Aussicht ist toll. Man sieht den Atlantik und den Ocean Drive. Wir waren fast immer allein dort. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, besonders aufgrund der sehr schönen Wohnung.

Miami Beach Urlaub

Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die Lage , direkt am Ocean Drive jedoch nicht zu zentral sondern ein bisschen südlich vom ganz großen Trubel.Einmal über die Straße und man ist direkt am Strand, das war perfekt für uns.Sehr zu empfehlen .

The place is a perfect location. Kitchen was lacking a bit of utensils and maybe some salt and pepper is always nice to have. Overall it’s a 4 min walk to the beach and right down from all the restaurants off ocean drive you can spend a couple days just walking up and down and really enjoy your time! The location and location place overall was very nice!

Exploring Miami

This condo has everything we wanted. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony that was perfect for sitting and relaxing. The place was very clean and well stocked with towels. Everywhere we wanted to go to was a minute walk away especially the Art Deco District, beach, coffee shops, restaurants and park We loved our time here and will definitely come back again. Shout out to our hosts for making everything seamless from communicating with me as well as making checking in/out go smoothly. This place is an 11/10.

Weeklong stay

The location is great! The place is clean but a bit bare bones with kitchen or extra amenities. Coffee or shampoo would have been a nice touch for example, but the Walgreens is across the street so we picked up things we needed easily. They did provide beach chairs and towels which was nice. Host was not super responsive but it wasn’t too problematic- the dryer ran but wouldn’t dry out clothes and the communication about fixing it could have been quicker and they could have followed up more, but just a bit inconvenient, not a deal breaker. The streets as expected are noisy at night and early morning but not too bad- I still got plenty of sleep. Didn’t have a problem with loud music. Overall happy with the stay, the balconies and location are superb for the area. Bike share is right across the street and coffeeshop is downstairs. Super convenient.

Miami Beach family birthday trip

I took my son and his wife for their birthdays (along with my wife and our adult daughter) to Miami Beach in early June. The property is as described and the check-in process was super easy (it's done with a partner next door). We got in rather late and had no issues at all. The unit is also super conveniently located at the very end of South Beach which allows for late night fun but at the same time isn't terribly noisy. The beach is a short walk and we had access to some beach chairs that made our beach trips pretty comfortable as well. Overall with all the dining, beach outings, harbor cruises, and everything else we had a great time!

Very clean. Roof top pool is nice; it is 3ft deep. 3 separate balconies; 2 on front side of building that provide a section of ocean view and 1 on the back side overlooking the streets/buildings. Would stay there again.

Cannot beat Ocean drive

What a wonderful property, Corner of Ocean Drive and Fifth st. Close to all the action, yet a quiet, well maintained suite and building. Two balconies one facing east and the ocean, and the other west, provide sunrise or sunset views, take your pick. Miss it already.
