Rymliga två sovrum med kung och två tvillingar. Två badrum. Öppna golvdesign för ett bekvämt och roligt utrymme att slappna av och njuta av gott företag. Fullt utrustat kök för alla dina matlagningsbehov. Nyckeln till huset med en unik kod för varje vistelse.

Allt du behöver för stranden, inklusive handdukar, solskyddsmedel och mycket is för din kylare. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare på plats i ett privat tvättstuga. Fullt inhägnad gård. Huset har höghastighets wifi internet och har två stora plattskärms-smarta TV med Netflix och grundläggande kabel.

Fastigheten ligger i ett bostadsområde i slutet av en återvändsgränd, cirka 20 minuter från Fort Lauderdale flygplats och nästan 30 minuter från Miami International Airport. Enkel bilresa till centrala Miami och Fort Lauderdale med expresslane tillgång (Sun Pass med uthyrning bil alternativ).

Huset ligger inom en kilometer från Gulfstream Park, som har en hästkapplöpning, kasino och utomhus shopping by. Det finns en mängd restauranger och barer där också. Det är bara cirka 2 miles från närmaste strand samt det populära Aventura Mall.

Aventura köpcentrum är en av de största och bästa i Miami / Fort Lauderdale storstadsområde och har många populära butiker som Apple. Det finns också många restauranger där och ett högklassigt gym som heter Equinox.

Huset ligger också mycket nära Hollywood, med sin gamla Florida charm och dess berömda strand strandpromenad. Under 10 minuters bilresa.

Sweet Neighborhood

Everybody the property management The Neighbors the neighborhood was friendly and secure. The rental itself is in a cul de sac and everybody knew everybody so it was very secure. Located south of the airport this rental has less traffic more ease of access

The host was very responsive to our texts. The property was extremely clean- nice quiet neighborhood. A little off the beaten path but that is what UBER is for. Overall an excellent place to stay

Not the place for us

The property is in a much more "urban" area than expected. The street to get to the property had panhandlers throughout and homeless people on the street. My wife was uncomfortable with the area, so we never even went into the house. I tried to explain this to the owner but they all they could say was they didn't understand what I meant when I said the area was "sketchy". Basically had to eat the rental cost and find a different place to stay.

Great location

Quiet place to stay tucked away in a neighborhood but close enough for all the Miami tourist places we wanted to go. Perfect for our family of 4. We really appreciated the beach chairs/towels. The house is well furnished and we had everything we needed.Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great stay!

The house was nicely decorated, very clean and inviting and had everything we needed. The hosts, Kate and her husband were very attentive to our needs and very helpful. It was a pleasure staying here and be hosted by them. I would definitely come back again!

Not Happy about the area

Kate was very nice.The area was dirty but not the Property itself. My two main issues was no TV in the small room and the soap containers are used by all guests.I prefer individual soap.But again it was ok and I thought the price was a bit high but just needed a place for my family in a rush. Yes I will rent again if needed she was very understanding about my issue. Thanks Kate.

Hidden delight

This was a beautiful property right in the middle of a hallendale neighborhood. They have safety cameras and a long term resident nearby. The place was clean, bed comfortable and I felt like I really got away! The host was able to answer questions and give suggestions about local places. She was great. She suggested and I agree that you drive to Hollywood beach. It was worth the drive. I parked in the nature part so it cut down a little in the parking cost then you can either enjoy a more secluded beach or walkover on the cross road/walk to Hollywood beach and enjoy that atmosphere - it’s clean and has some restaurants and shops accessible. Family friendly too. She’s also dog friendly which was what first attracted me. Fenced in, lots of grass and some trees - perfect for a dog. Also if you drive at night it can get confusing so make sure it’s the correct street and drive almost all the way down to end of could de sac and you’ll see 2 open spaces. It was hard for me to initially see numbers at night. But it’s mainly families and quiet In that section. I would go back -I liked the feel of the place - open and clean and comfortable. Beaches aren’t In walking distance be prepared to drive. The drive wasn’t bad though worth it to go to Hollywood beach.

Overall Very Good

This property was overall the epitome of 4 out of 5. It was "very good." Not just fair, not awesome. The coffee maker was moldy, the exhaust fan vents were crusty with dust, the master bed made an inexplicable clunk when we laid down, and the build quality was all "landlord grade" with cheapest-option-from-Home Depot vibes. HOWEVER, that's really everything that was bad. The most important things were quite good. The beds and linens were perfectly clean. The lights and switches and appliances worked well. The kitchen was quite nice (not as "landlord grade" as the rest), the water was good, the showers had nice pressure and heat, the lighting was very good throughout, there was plenty of shampoo and TP, the instructions provided were clear, it was quiet and peaceful at night, the neighborhood was very nice and conveniently located, and check in and check out were perfect. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to save some money, but you don't want to compromise on a safe, restful, fully functioning place. I would not recommend this place if you're expecting Sheraton-level polish. I think that's fair - we paid roughly half of that.

New Year get away

We stayed at this house last year, and even though, the weather was not as warm, these’re are plenty of things to do and to see around. House has everything that you need, and it is very clean. Plenty of good restaurants right on the water with the most gorgeous sunsets. We will be back.

Wonderful Clean

What a beautiful little retreat. I would definitely recommend. Beautifully simple and clean. Like others said when you first enter the neighborhood you might think it is sketchy, but don't judge a book by it's cover. There are several schools around, and it is a very quiet neighborhood, well mannered neighborhood. We will definitely stay again. Great hosts, very responsive and helpful. Great food places around, just a very short drive down to Hallandale beach. Couldn't ask for anything more!
