The Space:
Welcome to your gorgeous 1,000 sq. ft. waterfront apartment in the opulent Tresor tower. This bright, chic one-bedroom suite is flooded with natural light and offers stunning turquoise ocean views from the spacious living room and large private balcony. It's perfectly designed to accommodate up to four guests.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Private Bedroom: Features a comfortable standard king-size bed.
• Living Room: Includes a standard queen-size sofa bed.
For a fifth guest, a rollaway bed can be requested for an additional fee of $60 per night (up to a maximum of $200 + tax for longer stays). Please consider this when planning your group's comfort.

Your stay includes complimentary resort access, providing incredible value and a true Miami Beach experience. Guests will have access to:
• Entire Private Suite: Your 1-bedroom apartment is exclusively for you.
• Full Fontainebleau Resort Access: Enjoy all hotel facilities, including the world-class gym, multiple pools, and direct beach access.
• LAPIS Spa Passes: You will receive two complimentary spa passes, allowing you entry to the spa facilities (a $100 value). Please note that spa services and treatments are an additional cost.

Please take note of these important details for your stay:
Arrival & Check-In Procedure:
• Provide your exact estimated time of arrival (ETA), email address, and best phone number in advance.
• A representative must be on-site to provide access to the unit, so check-in is only available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Please confirm your exact arrival time prior to your stay.
• Arrivals after 7:00 PM will incur a non-refundable late check-in fee of $75, charged by the hotel front desk (fee subject to change).
Note: If we are unable to communicate with you, we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to assist with your check-in and won’t be held liable for any inconvenience during arrival.
Hotel Policy (Effective October 1st, 2024):
• A credit/debit card is required at check-in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day, in addition to any applicable room and tax charges.
• A one-time compulsory fee of $16.52 plus tax will be applied prior to check-out.
Parking
• Daily Parking $35-$55 plus tax per day.
• Overnight parking is $75 + tax
• Oversize vehicle starts at $100+ tax
Baby Crib Request:
• If you require a baby crib, please inform us when booking.
• We provide the crib only; for hygiene and safety, guests must bring their own crib sheets, mattresses, and bedding.
• We recommend that guests bring their own, as babies often have sensitive skin and may be more comfortable using familiar items from home.
Resort Fees & Spa Access:
• Your rate includes resort fees (valued at $35/day for access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities like the gym, beach, and pools).
• Includes 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa (valued at $100 for spa entry only; other services are additional).
• Rates may vary and are subject to change.
Elevator Maintenance Notice:
• The hotel team is actively addressing an elevator situation that may cause intermittent delays.
• We are working diligently to resolve this promptly and enhance efficiency.
Minimum Night Stays:
• Weekends may require a 3 or 4-night minimum stay, though exceptions can sometimes be made at our discretion.
• Holidays will require a specific minimum number of nights depending on the holiday.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays, or flight cancellations, will not warrant a refund.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unexpected cancellations.
