Mindre än 7 miles från Hard Rock Stadium, 10 minuter från Haulover Beach, också 10 minuter från de världsberömda Bal Harbour Shops och stränder. Detta är en enorm två sovrum duplex med två badrum. Egen ingång, gratis parkering framför huset, biljardrum, nytt komplett kök, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, etc. Utegrill. Boytan är över 2 000 kvadratmeter. Detta är en duplex, se egendom nummer 4728834 för mer information om den andra duplexen. De kan hyras separat eller tillsammans. Det här är en fantastisk egenskap med feedback från 5 stjärnor. Mycket gammal del av Miami med mogen vegetation och paradisliknande trädgård. Nära Aventura Mall, Haulover-stranden, Bal Harbour och Sunny Isles stränder. Det finns katter på gården.

This is a great location, particularly for cat lovers. My wife loved the bedroom with the windowed wall looking out onto a private wooded lot. The beds were comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows were provided. There is a collection of spices and other items collecting in the kitchen from previous guests which was a welcome treat. We left a few of our own. Not all places leave the items. There was suntan lotion, bug spray, a cooler, beach chairs, and other items too. The pool area was a great spot to hang out with a few cats enjoying the day with us. One would come up for pets. They all seemed to understand they are outside cats and they don't try to sneak in. There was also a few assorted shampoos and such in the bathroom with nice hot showers. The bathrooms were well stocked with lots of towel, a hairdryer and other assorted amenities. Plenty of games and books for entertainment if you happen to get rained in for a day. The grounds are well landscaped into a nice private woof oasis. The beach is only 6 miles away. Shopping minutes away. Super blue art museum was 12 miles and South Beach area was 16.... so pretty close to most everything.Loved our stay here.

Wonderful time.

We stayed for 3 days,check-in was smooth no issues...The host responded within a timely manner when we had additional questions.The house itself was very clean a bit dated but nonetheless comfortable, some attention to upgrading the furniture would do wonders (the couches and dining table were very worn ). There should be a better description of the outside of the property in my Opinion .The Outside areas was wonderful for relaxing, but property is divided in 2 separate living quarters so the pool area you share with other guest. the part of the house we stayed in ,had a separate seating area specifically for that part of the house and was further from the pool . There is another patio table set seating area that was directly accessible from our kitchen but it seemed like it could be a shared area .. the other apartment had their seating thats directly adjacent from the pool. The pool itself was wonderful seems to be under 6ft at its deepest which was GREAT. You really feel secure and secluded at the property, lots of trees and shrubbery for shading and privacy. The host left notes on places to visit and things to do which was very helpful, having the pool table was great also..being about 20-30 mins from everything we did was superb and the ease in getting to the house was priceless..We had a great time overall and would do it again.

Needs updating

The owner was amazing. Responded quickly. Fixed an issue quickly. The place needs updating alot. We knew that by the pictures tho. There was an odor of a musty or sewer but a couple of air freshners dud the trick. The refrigerator needs to be bigger. Beach Towels would be nice. Overall it was doable.

Golden Glades

my wife and i stayed the month of February 2022, the home is spacious and clean well stocked, private secure setting, pool nice and clean and heated, grounds kept nice and neat, a very nice property, would highly recommend, Publix close by, and many restaurants, Ana is a great host, seen that we had everything we needed, would definitely stay again, Harold and Tracey.

MIAMI-VACATION

The pictures are exactly what you see when you arrive. Great location for distance to shops, beaches, Hardrock Stadium We enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed the cats, and some unexpected wildlife-Racoon, Iguana's, and some Opossums. Very private location, with lots of coverage that technically at this time of year (JAN) doesn't see much sun and the water temp was well below 80 degrees as notated when selecting this location. (maybe we need to ask to have it heated up to 80? not sure?) We feel we should mention a few items that kept us from rating a 5: the place is extremely dark inside, limited size fridge, (does have two college sizes there to help-but limited) pools of rain gather outside kitchen door, (limits patio access) pots & pans are aged-worn, laundry is outside by other rental unit, renovated bathroom has very limited storage-shelving and shower floor is extremely slippery; we also suggest asking about recycle or trash pick times to avoid over filling barrels. Everything else is great, as described, I would recommend, and would stay again. The property manager is onsite often, very nice and has great suggestions for local food and entertainment. Our true rating should be 4.5, enjoy!

Great Man Cave

Ana Maria, our Host, was amazing; responsive, helpful, beautiful inside and out. The pool area was great. We grilled most breakfasts and dinners and ate outside every chance we got. There are cats everywhere, which we enjoyed. We also had nightly visits from 4 young racoons. Very fun! The house was atypical as the kitchen was more of a bar and counter set up with no real place to sit for meals. There was a large pool table right in the middle of the living room. We had a lot of fun playing, but there wasn't a traditional place to sit and talk if you were with a group, or a good way to watch TV. The bedrooms were large, private, and the beds comfortable. My son and I had a great time!

Amazing!

My fiancé and I stayed a week on this property in the east side of the home. There are three residences on one property. The owner, Ana is a wonderful host and she gives you all the privacy you would want for a romantic stay. Beautiful home with all of the amenities you would need while on vacation. Plenty of space with the feeling of home even when there are others staying on the property, you’re space is private. Older house with a lot of character. Ana is very communicative and accommodating in every way. Comfortable beds, very clean and many animals on the property. While sitting in the backyard, we saw iguanas in trees, cats (that live there), hawks, lizards, raccoons and opossums! Lush landscaping and relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

A hidden treasure

This property has everything you need including a lot of character. The backyard is very beautiful either day or night. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and above all... the beach (Sunny Isles/ Haulover). Reasonable drive to Sobe and Downtown. Ana Maria was very attentive and responsive. She runs a tight ship. We will definitely be back here if it is available. Thank you Ana Maria.

Very relaxing.

The pool was wonderful and clean. The manager was so nice and was quick to meet our needs. Like a working corkscrew! lol The owner even made us some fresh homemade cookies. Everything is so close by.
