Du Àr inom gÄngavstÄnd / cykelavstÄnd frÄn all den spÀnning South Beach har att erbjuda; restauranger, nattklubbar, shopping och den berömda Lincoln Rd., dÀr du hittar restauranger utanför och underhÄllning ... allt.
VÄrt mysiga, lÀgenhetsbostadshus har kakelgolv och skÄp med granitbÀnk. Vi har en enkelsÀng med utdrag för att fÄ tvÄ enkelsÀngar tillsammans. (köpte pÄ Ikea) Du hittar vÄr studio bekvÀm och mycket ren och nymÄlad och dekorerad. Den har en pool med tillgÄng till den vackra stranden.
Fastigheten ligger direkt pÄ stranden (direkt tillgÄng). Hyresperioderna strÀcker sig frÄn kort sikt (minst tvÄ dagar) till lÄng sikt (mÄnader), och priserna Àr beroende av Ärstid och hyresperiod. Vi har licens av staden Miami Beach och delstaten Florida.

The location is absolutely perfect. You are in walking distance to everything, and the beach right by the Studio. Poolarea with free sunbeds. Lovely owners with instant answers to our questions. Comfortable bed. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

Great location centralized in art deco district of south beach. Slight confusion of the parking situation but it got situated properly. Everything within walking distance and great close proximity to the beach. Really loved the ability to rent complimentary beach chairs and umbrella.

Took a quick 3 day staycation. Unit was located in a quiet area and was located near everything you needed. I highly recommend the LaPlaya market around the corner for hot Spanish food and some snacks or drinks. Reasonable and super friendly.

Great location - Great communication with owner.The room is small (which we knew) but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only minor negative point was the shower which in the morning didn’t have hot water
 although seeing as Miami is so hot it wasn’t a major issue. Overall a great 2 night stay on South Beach. Honestly the location could not have been better

Stayed here with my husband 2 nights before our cruise and we loved it. It's super clean and decorated so cute with a beach theme. AC is cold, bed is comfy, shower is big with great water pressure and it's super quiet. It's on the top floor so no one stomping around above you and we never heard people on either side of us.The TV has lots of different channels to watch. The location is fantastic. Very short walk to the beach. Walk through the pool area, over a walking/bike trail and down the path to the beach. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are a huge plus. They set everything up for you with a little table and the guys are really nice. We did give them a few bucks tip after they set it up for us. Watch for the iguanas around the pool and outside the gate. Some are huge and others are smaller and bright green. So cool! I was the dork taking pictures of them lol There is a place to wash your feet and shoes at the pool too when you come back from the beach. Definitely want to use that before going back to the room. There is a small market down the street and around the corner that has just about everything you would need. Even duct tape that we needed to repair a suitcase. And they make great sandwiches. There's also a beautiful park just steps away with a playground. Yes, it is small but it was just fine for my husband and I. For the price and location, this place can't be beat. We've already booked it again for next year.

We booked the cozy Condo the second time. Everything is great, the Check-in and parking is easy, the Beach acess with the chairs and umbrella inluded is perfect for beach days! We highly recommend und will book again :)

We had a good stay despite some issues. The shower wasn't working and it didn't get resolved during our stay. I don't blame the owner of the unit because he had to deal with the building management and they apparently were not doing a good job, and poor communication with the owner and us.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical that the neighborhood would be rowdy and that it was going to be a dump because the price was so reasonable but we were pleasantly surprised to be wrong. You can hear people in the hallway well but there wasn’t a lot of traffic so it was fine. The room was small but our was all we needed

Petit appartement idéalement placé au sud de Miami Beach. L'appartement est petit mais tout à fait fonctionnel pour un séjour de tourisme.AccÚs direct vers la plage avec un plus exceptionnel : la carte pour les transat et le parasol. As informaçÔes fornecidas foram exatas o que facilitou muito a entrada jĂĄ de noite, a utilização das facilidades.O estĂșdio Ă© pequeno mas tem tudo o que Ă© necessĂĄrio.Fica a curtos passos da animação mas sem se ouvir o barulho dos bares.A praia a curtos passos com cadeiras e guarda-sol o que Ă© excelente.vĂĄrios supermercados, cafĂ©s, restaurantes nas proximidades.NĂŁo ouvimos barulhos da vizinhança.O ar condicionado faz muito barulho, mas em fevereiro nĂŁo faz assim tanto calor durante a noite por isso desligĂĄvamos. TambĂ©m tem uma ventoinha no tecto que Ă© silenciosa. Tem uma mini cozinha que serve para fazer umas refeiçÔes rĂĄpidas. NĂłs sĂł fizemos pequeno almoço e lanches.
