You’ll have access to our heated pool, perfectly located next to the Intracoastal, where you can relax and watch boats pass by—keep an eye out for manatees if you’re lucky! You can also enjoy the Fitness Center and dine at the Beachwalk Bistro on the first floor.

Valet parking:
• 1–7 days: $28 per day
• 8–10 days: $25 per day
• 11–19 days: $250
• 20–30 days: $295

Daily building fee:
• 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day
• 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day
• 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day
• 30+ nights: $300 for 1 month + $10 for each additional day
(All rates subject to applicable taxes)


A refundable $250 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no damages are found.
Processing time may vary by financial institution.

• Package pick-up is available from 9 AM – 5 PM

Helpful Tip: the elevators can get quite busy during peak hours, especially around check-in (4 PM) and checkout (11 AM). During these times, waits might be a little longer than usual. If you plan your timing accordingly—perhaps arriving or departing outside of these hours—you’ll avoid the rush and enjoy a smoother experience.

Walking distance to the beach! and conveniently located just steps from supermarkets (including Walmart), fine dining, shopping, casino, banks etc..

*Please note that a valid government-issued identification is required upon check-in at the front desk. The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 21 years of age.
