Amazing view and very nice balcony. The room was clean.
The pool was closed during our stay and this was not informed about before we booked the hotel. We could however use the pool in neighbor Hotel.

The room was very big with comfortable bed and amenities.
The only issues we could think of are: bathroom design feels old, and employees aligment and knowledge about late check-out and luggage drop possibilities was bad. We were given two different prices for luggage storage and two different rates for late check-out. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel if you are looking...

âVery clean and spacious rooms with everything you need as kitchen supplies, dishwasher and also washing machine and dryer. Service in the room was great, pool and gym also very nice.
We never received any vouchers to breakfast and from what I understood this should have been included atleast for 1-2 times.

When checking out, I asked for leaving my bag which I could but you had to stored them yourself behind a desk and no one...

The Beaux Arts - was simply put amazing. The service, the room, the breakfast well everything in fact!

South Beach Trolley som tar en runt ön gratis stannar ett par kvarter frÄn boendet. GÄngavstÄnd till Publix och Whole Foods Market. Kan tÀnka mig att bo hÀr igen.

"It all looks very good when you first get here. Nice staff and clean reception. You get upgraded (which I think everyone is) and the two bedroom apartment is very spacious. Then it starts going downhill. The place isnât very clean and has a funky smell. Donât walk barefoot as your feet will soon be pitch black. There are no real TV channels, just IP TV and the WiFi is so slow they cannot show but just buffers. The worst thing though is that they have the audacity to charge a resort fee. This is not a resort and the pool is absolutely worthless as it gets no sun whatsoever - maybe 45 min between 12.30-1.15. We came to sunbathe and get a tan which was totally out of the question here. For the price they charge you can get a much nicer stay. "
