"Det här är ett praktiskt boende om man vill besöka Miami Beach men vill ha det lugnt. Smidigt med parkering på boendet. Vi tog trolleyn till Miami Beach south, väldigt enkelt. Den stannar precis utanför och är gratis. Det var sparsamt med husgeråd, endast platta tallrikar, och endast två stolar vilket var lite trist när vi var 4 personer. ACn låter mycket. Det finns ingen affär eller restaurang precis i närheten. Okej boende för 1-2 nätter."

"Stort rum, vi fick en svit med kingsize säng. Mkt trevlig personal och hjälpsamma. Bra pool, uppvärmd med gratis handduk och solstol. Trevligt område, fint och lugnt. Gratis frukost som vi tyckte var helt ok, både varmt och kallt. Det enda minus vi hittade var att det ej fanns ngn restaurang på hotellet men det fanns inom gångavstånd. Vi kan absolut rekommendera detta hotell. Vi bodde här inför kryssning. "

"The service at this hotel is unfortunately not existing. We stayed for 7 nights and they cleaned our room the last two of them, after we reminded them 3 times per day. We asked them to at least provide us with toilet paper, towels and soup but they did not, even though they after each reminder told us they would do so within one hour. Therefore we had to go buy our own toiletries. Also, the air conditioning compressor is right next to the bed, making falling asleep very hard, because of the loud noise. You were able to turn of the AC but the compressor kept working, making noise. I do understand there are a lot of complaints from me but I want to really express my frustration. If you wish to use the elevators, you need around 10-15 minutes before they arrive, fully packed with other guests. The elevators also stops on every single floor on the way down. They did never care about our complaints."
