“I liked the hotel, and most of all, the stuff for their service mind. Really felt welcome and they took very well care of the entire family. Even if it is a 3 star, felt more like 4🌟. ”

“Clean room”

“The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. Even I called the operator also nobody pick up my call. Lastly when I called the reception. Also nobody pick up my call. So I am not sure whether are they having shortage of...

“Just note that there is no fridge in the room.”

“The room is clean, aircon needs servicing. The bathtub is a hazard, its shaky and has detached from the wall. The location is great, right above KSL shopping. Great for short stay.”

“Inget var öppet, ingenstans att få någon mat, urusel frukost. försökte chatta med dem innan ankomst på deras rekommenderade chatt, men där svarade ingen, och ingen förstod vad jag menade ????.”

“Room clean and nice view and also near night market. Go others place very convient and call grab easy. Overall is fine.”

“Shops nearby”

“Main Bathroom drainage is poor and have smelled of sewage. Insect like moth alike sticking on wall.”

“Great hotel, very clean very spacious. Very good for this price.”

“Very bad sound insulation, there was a street sweeper right under my window for hours around 2am till 4 am and it was so loud i could not sleep. Towels smelled very bad which I noticed after showering in the worst shower of my life, only boiling hot water or cold water no in between. I must thank my airline for rescheduling my flight so i could leave early out if this hell hole.”

“We stayed here for a few nights. It was an ok experience for what we paid. Beds were really hard. Breakfast wasn't the best if you like western food, but plenty of asian food. ”

“Dålig frukost och städning. Smutsig överallt ,matsal, reception, korridor, hiss.Lämnade kläder till tvätten fick efter 4 dagar, fast lovade dan efter, fick inte tillbaka alla kläder som vi har lämnad.”

“room generally ok but cupboard inside got some dirty tissues uncleaned ”

“We checked in at around 6:00 PM. The digital lock was not very sensitive, so some patience was needed before successfully unlocking the door. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Towels were provided, but guests need to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste. The environment and cleanliness were excellent — the space was spacious, neat, and well-maintained. Before checkout, at around 9:00 AM+, we heard someone attempting to open the main door, which was a bit concerning. There is a...

“골프 플레이시간이 오전8시라서 다른호텔에서 숙박을하고 골프장으로 가려니 시간이 빠듯해서, 저녁숙박을 폰데로사 리조트로 정하고 숙박후 아침에 준비해서 골프를 치디가 중간에 체크아웃을 함. 매우 만족함”

“Wifi disappeared and I couldn’t connect again. Hotel is a construction site, builders are working onsite with loud machines. ”
