There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.â

âGreat location - near a mall and near the border to Singapore. However the toiletâs flushing system didnât work and when we contacted the hotel to repair it, they sent a group of repairmen who didnât really repair it but installed a bide instead. Apart from this I have nothing to complain about. â

âHoliday Villa Johor Bahru was situated at a good location, whereby just across the street is the KSL mall and also along the road there are a few eateries and massage shops throughout the dayđđđ. Room and facilities at the hotel are spacious and clean. Not to forget to the housekeeper who clean the Room 1228 for the period 27th July to 28th July 2025. Thank you for all the staffs who make the stay here a pleasant tripđđđ. We will be coming back here again whenever we coming in to Johor....

âHoliday inn hotel- room is always clean,bed is comfortable even the roll out extra bed is comfortable. The Aircon is very good. Housekeeping service is good. Holiday inn hotel is always our first choice when we are in JB. As a IHG member I always have back the same room as we always request. â

Only thing is we did some light cooking and the kitchen does not have enough power points, although they provided adaptor. It became crowded with the electric appliances having to place or crowd near the adaptor. And not enough utensils like plates and bowls. âGood location with many eateries, lot of shopping, very easy to get Grab to visit other places. Fast check in and out. Simple with video guide given for check in was great help. My first choice for future visit to Johor Bahru.â
âDespite some hiccups at the start and the end, with faulty aircon and power trips (beyond their control), it is still my hotel of choice to bring my mum and grandmother. Attentive and responsive reception and maintenance. Even housekeeping crew is great. 2nd time staying here.â
âVery nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isnât that cold but thereâs a fan to make up for it.
