“Great view! Location is kinda sketchy but close to everything you need. The surrounding area could use a clean up of old junk but that’s not the property rentals fault. The recliner could be replaced because it doesn’t recline and the grill needs a good cleaning and grilling utensils would’ve been great. We enjoyed of stay for the most part though. Loved Toledo bend !”

“House had everything you needed. Host was available anytime something was needed. House was peaceful. Our group had a wonderful time. ”

“The property was perfect for our extended weekend with our kids and grandkids. Beautiful views from the back deck of the lake, perfect for watching the sunset in the evening. Property was also stocked with most anything we would need short of fishing poles and pet-friendly for our little ones. ”

“Great place to stay for enjoying the lake ! We enjoyed the place very much ! Boat ramp is definitely a bonus. The lake was 3 feet low and there were still no issues launching the boat. ”

“The property was very spacious and well suited for what we needed. The pool table and ping pong table were great additions. We also made use of the fire pit. Having bathrooms for each bedroom was very convenient. The host communicated quickly and thoroughly prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend BooneDocks!”

“Actually, the place was better than advertised. Compared to other places, I found it easy to maneuver my F250 and bass boat in and out of the property. I also enjoyed having covered parking for my boat. With the lake water levels being low, I didn't get to utilize the neighborhood boat ramp, but Powell Park wasn't far away. The neighborhood appeared secure with minimal traffic and the home was very clean having everything a fisherman would need. Will definitely be back.”
