“The room was nice and tidy and the bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom with a really good shower. It was located in the centre of Milan, beat buses, team and Metro, just three stations from Il Duomo. ”

“The Hotel is very cozy and the manager was very kind and polite.
The downside was the air conditioning. It is very loud and doesn't cool the room as well as they usually do. The AC has a tube that sticks out of the window, so the the window needs to be open, which mosquitoes see as a welcome sign. ”

“The description of the property is misleading. It claims to offer breakfast but it does not, offering only kitchen facilities to make breakfast Apparently many visitors have been misled in this way. And we all have paid for a service we did not receive.
Apart from this lesson in checking the small print, we realized too late that a "private bathroom" is not en-suite”
