Westmorland Hotel Tebay
Staff were lovely. Hitel nice and clean. Frw stray hairs in bathroom, but no trouble to clean up. Breakfast was fresh, pletniful and good choice. Shame i didnt get to choose where yo sit, maybe I should have asked. Sat next to a man with zero table manners. Not the hotels fault

Orton Hall, Royalist Suite
Beautiful property, very well equipped. Very helpful and friendly host. Added bonus to be able to use the spa at hotel in Penrith. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful get away.

We have been coming to the lakes for many years, and thie Duke of portland is by far our favourite place to stay....and it's just not down to it's location alown, it's the attention to detail, it's the Decor inside...its absolutely stunning....the owners should be extremely proud of what they have ...
