âI was given a room for disabled people. No idea why, as the hotel did not seem to be fully booked, and I am not disabled.
The shower had no hot water. I let it run for 5 mins and it was still cold. â

âWe are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!â

âI had a very good stay at this quiet and very besutifully located hotel. The buildings are full of history but stylishly modernized and very attractive, as is the surrounding park and walk down to the Thames. Breakfast was great, and I appreciate in particular that I could take a morning swim in the hotel pool. â

âWe had an excellent experience in this hotel. It was the first time we visited this hotel. Located a bit away from the city centre, the hotel's deco, ambience and service were comparable to a 5-star hotel. We were particularly impressed by the service of Ali, proactive, considerate and detailed to meet our needs, even the unspoken. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and found them enjoyable. â
âSuperb "Inn Style" accommodation. Above a local pub so access to food really easy. Cosy well kept room with fridge, very comfy bed and clean bathroom.
Really close to the main town, shops, places to eat.
