“Lovely hotel up in Gora. Stayed for two nights as a relaxed stop between Tokyo and Kyoto which it was perfect for. Two nights is enough to see the major sights around Gora such as the Open Air Museum, the sulfuric volcano vents and Fuji. The room was traditional and neatly kept. Breakfast was good albeit a bit for or western tastebuds. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant so can't say how it was. Very convenient that the hotel is next to the train and cablecar station.”

“Great hotel and clean. Very nice onsen and massage chair. I would definitely return! The walk from the tramway is 6 minutes along flat, but otherwise the walk up from the station is worth taking a taxi as it is quite steep.”

“A nice ryokan with superfriendly staff. Beautiful private onsens and fine dinner in the afternoon. The rooms was old and worn out but very big. I missed some type of shop for late night snacks or something, but overall a very great experience. Will definitely come back to this place.”

“As a first time experience at an Onsen, it sure was a treat. A very nice and cozy place, with a helpful staff and great amenities. A bit hard to find at first (a single door at the end of a parking lot), but once you find your way it is a great little place for relaxation and Onsen baths.
