This 40 sqm air conditioned open living space is equipped with a sofa, flat screen TV , wifi connection , beautiful marble dinning table that can accommodate 6 guests , and large balcony overlooking the sea and the beautiful Eze Village.

The black , elegant , modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare and enjoy a home-cooked family meal.

This cosy apartment has 2 bedrooms all equipped with separate modern bathrooms with quality vanities. Each bedroom has its own flat screen cable TV, bedside tables and wardrobe. They are all air-conditioned to help you enjoy your sleep even on the hottest summer nights. Both of them have large balconies overlooking the sea .

If you visit us off season the pool and jacuzzi is also heated on request with additional costs (+450 EUR/week)

You can feel safe and peaceful because Villa Graziella has alarm security cameras and 3 parking spaces inside the property.

The Luxury Villa Graziella offers the services of a chef, organization of an airport-villa transfer, on request and at an additional cost. The owner will also be happy to recommend a wide variety of restaurants in the surrounding area.
