Lägenhet med fantastisk havsutsikt mot Promenade Des Anglais i Nice

Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i den distinkta Vague Bleue-byggnaden på Nice Promenade des Anglais med en egen balkong med en fantastisk panoramautsikt över havsutsikten över den berömda Baie des Anges.

Tillgång till och från Nice Côte D'Azur flygplats kunde inte lättare att ta spårvagnslinje 2 som stannar vid sjukhuset Lenval eller Magnan precis bakom lägenheten. Du kan också ta spårvagnen direkt till Place Masséna och shoppingområdet Jean Médecin i centrum av Nice med en enkel förbindelse till Gamla stan, Place Garibaldi och hamnen.

Även om flygplatsen bara är en kort spårvagns- eller taxiresa bort, är nej. 12 bussar från Magnan tar dig till eller från centrala tågstationen i Nice med snabb åtkomst från TGV till Provence, Paris eller Italien. Andra bussar som stannar vid strandpromenaden tar dig till Cannes, Antibes, Cap Ferrat eller Monaco längs kusten eller upp till St Paul, Vence eller Grasse i bergen. Det finns inget behov av en bil i Nice eftersom transportsystemet är ett av de bästa och billigaste i Europa.

Ingenting symboliserar Nice mer än Promenade des Anglais. Denna 3 km linje med söderläge lägenheter går längs den breda allmänna stranden från Radisson Blu-hotellet till Negresco-hotellet. Strax norr om här ligger Carré d’Or, stadens roligaste bostadsområde, och Place Masséna, stadens geografiska hjärta.

Tvärs vägen från lägenheten ligger Cocoon Beach Club och Restaurant där du kan äta lunch eller duscha efter ett snabbt dopp i havet eller hyra en solstol för en middagstund. Den har också ett lekplats för barnen.

Även om du kan gå till Place Masséna och Gamla stan på 25 minuter, kommer den nya spårvagnslinjen att komma dit på några minuter utan stopp. Det finns också en taxistation vid Magnan och Uber erbjuder en utmärkt service i Nice med ett stort antal förare. Det lokala området har också ett antal restauranger, bagerier, konditorier och stormarknader om du inte vill vandra längre bort.

Ett stenkast bort ligger två av Nice's mest intressanta konstmuseer, Musée Des Beaux Art, med sin stora samling av Dufy- och Bonnard-målningar och Musée de L'art Naif med sin unika samling verk av målare som Rousseau och farmor Moses .

Lägenheten är väl inredda och har luftkonditionering med dubbla fönster och elektriska fönsterluckor som garanterar en lugn natts sömn.

Det finns två stora sovrum, ett med en king size-dubbel och det andra med två enkelsängar. Varje rum har en stor dubbel garderob med lådor och ett stort inbyggt skåp med hyllor. Det stora sovrummet är eget.

Det finns två badrum med bra storlek, båda kaklade i italiensk travertin och båda med en Hansgrohe duschkabin, handdukstork, bakgrundsbelyst väggspegel, förstoringsspegel, hårtork, handfat och toalett. Dessutom har det andra badrummet ett badkar med handdusch.

Köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, ugn, spis och mikrovågsugn.

Lägenheten har Wi-Fi till alla rum, en Sony HD-TV med Blu Ray-spelare och surroundljud Hi-Fi och ett brett urval av satellit-TV för att inkludera franska, tyska, italienska och brittiska kanaler.

Dessutom har gästerna särskild tillgång via en privat korridor till Palais Doria-byggnaden bakom, där det finns ett utmärkt konditori och kafé på Avenue de la Californie. Palais Doria är ett bra existerande exempel på Belle Epoque-arkitektur, och granne med lägenheten vid 139 Promenade des Anglais hittar du ett exempel på ren jugendfantasi av arkitekten Charles Marius Allinge, en av Nice mest berömda byggnader, Villa Collin -Huovila.

Medan Cannes kan stjäla rampljuset med glitter, kan få platser jämföra med Nice för atmosfären. Gamla stan är oändligt fascinerande med sina stora små gator, några tar dig hundra år tillbaka medan andra erbjuder en bortskämd mängd gourmetrestauranger och specialbutiker. Gatorna i Nice är i sig ett museum eller ett galleri, och är en av de bästa franska arkitekturen under de senaste tre århundradena.

A helping hand

We loved this property from the moment we saw it in the ad. A medical emergency required serious attention and we called Jenny our hostess. She was an angel and helped us through a very difficult situ due to translation issues. Its in a great location. Parking, laundromat, bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy.

Well equipped apartment in excellent location

This apartment is in an excellent location with lovely views of the sea & Promenade des Anglais. The tram stop is just a few minutes away making it easy to get around especially to the old town, port & airport. You can also take a lovely long walk along the Promenade des Anglais to get to the old town. There are supermarkets nearby and the kitchen is well equipped to cook. A number of restaurants, cafes & patisseries are also nearby. The property managers are very helpful and responsive. We had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing view

The apartment is well located and offers an amazing view. Its proximity to the tram makes all parts of Nice very accessible. The apartment is well appointed in the owner provides everything you need for your stay, including a washing machine with the soap needed to make several loads. We will definitely consider this apartment for our next day and Nice.

Beautiful apartment amazing view

Great stay at this lovely apartment with a beautiful view. Communication with the owner and the girls who checked us in was excellent and we were given lots of ideas of where to visit during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable! It’s a fair walk into town but the tram at the back of the apartment was frequent, quick and cheap. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful location

This was our second time to Nice! This apartment allowed us to swim in the Cote D Azure every day. We just walked across the street and jumped in. Umbrellas were made available in the condo to use on the beach, which was very helpful in July. The Cocoon Beach Club is less than a block away as well, you can rent chairs and order from the restaurant. The apartment was lovely, so comfortable and beautiful. Air Conditioning in all rooms and automatic window shades help to keep it cool and provide light blackout when sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and some local chips to enjoy. Access to the metro is just outside the back entrance, quick and easy transport to old town. The apartment is on the first floor (not ground) and we never needed the elevator. We enjoyed the balcony and people-watching. This rental is great for 4 people, two couples, or a couple with children. It's quiet, comfortable, and a great place to return to after daily excursions. We loved it!

Amazing stay in Nice!!!

We recently spent 8 nights at this lovely apartment in Nice and had an incredibly comfortable stay. Communication was fantastic and we were able to store our bags in the apartment for a few hours while it was being cleaned due to an early arrival. With two teenagers in tow, we appreciated the separate beds in the second bedroom, the second bathroom and of course, being able to do laundry in the unit as needed! We loved the cocoon beach club across the street and enjoyed our walks into old town each night. My husband appreciated having a fitness club next door and close access to the tram. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Another fantastic stay here. The view is a memory that will stay with me forever. Love the location pop out the front and you are on the beach, we went for an evening dip in the sea after a busy day Pop out the Back and easy access to the tram although we also used Magnan and visited the local bistro of the same name. Thanks for an enjoyable stay in great apartment

Beautiful apartment in Nice

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It is the perfect location and has such a gorgeous view of the promenade. We stayed with our two teenage sons. Plenty of room for all of us. The tram is conveniently right behind the building. Jenny and Elena were extremely helpful and answered any questions we had promptly. Check in & out was also very easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so amazing & memorable.

Absolutely spectacular view! While the Promenade is noisy, the doors do a great job at shutting out the noise. Communication with the owner & the manager (Jenny) was fantastic. Great amenities and the welcome package was appreciated too! The tram is extremely convenient & easy to use. And walking the Promenade was beautiful. Will definitely come back if we find ourselves in Nice again.

Awesome in Every Way

This is the perfect apartment in every way: pre-arrival communication, check-in procedure, the quality of every aspect of the amenities, location, and check-out. The convenience of the location is incredible. Out the front door you have quick access to the wonderful Promenade des Anglais (you can walk to Old Town in 30-40 minutes) and the beach. While out the rear access you are within steps of a tram stop to ride into town. Our only issue is the price is listed in British pounds. We have rented many VRBOs in Europe and the price has always been in Euros. While my bad for not noticing this, but I do think it is misleading. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment for a stay in Nice.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

The property exceeded our expectations with respect to size, amenities, location, etc. The only minor drawback was the traffic in the front. During the day it was quite busy and being on the second floor you have some road noise. If you can live with that, the view is amazing.

Girls Ciy Break

The property is beautiful, large and well equipped (only thing missing was wine glasses!) The rooms are all good sizes and two bathrooms was a must for four women! The Promenade view is lovely, although sitting on the balcony and chatting was a little difficult because of the road noise. Its quite a walk into old town which is where all the restaurants etc are but the tram system, which you can access from the back of the building is excellent - easy to use and very reasonably priced. Jenny who met us at the apartment to check in was great, very friendly and informative and took time to show us everything we needed. We had a fantastic 4 nights in Nice and would totally recommend it!

Lovely apartment in Nice.

We had 4 nights in this lovely apartment. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble from the apartment manager. Very well appointed 2 bedroom,2 bathroom apartment with washing machine which we really appreciated. The view was absolutely beautiful.Loved eating our breakfast on the balcony.Decor is fresh and nothing else needed for a memorable stay. We would definitely stay again If in Nice. Highly recommended.

Nice Summer of 2023

The apartment was just as described and was clean and well appointed. Communication prior to our trip was top notch and Jenny greeted us right as we arrived to show us around. The apartment is right on the Promenade Des Anglais which is a busy street but that's the sacrifice for that amazing view and easy access to the beach. The apartment is very light and airy and with the French doors open at the front and back, you can get a very nice breeze. With the doors closed the street noise is blocked out and the air conditioning does an excellent job of keeping things cool (along with the shades). Groceries, a bakery and a couple of restaurants are steps away and the tram is an easy ride to the old part of town. We enjoyed taking the tram to the middle of town and then strolling back along the promenade as the sun set each evening. Great apartment with a great location and excellent communication with the owner and his managers!

Really Lovely apartment

We stayed 5 days in July. The apartment was nice, clean and spacius. Perfect with AC, good beds and Window blinds. Easy with tram to airport and Down town Nice. Kitchen very Well equiped. There was a big old water damage on the wall in the big sleeping room (from neighbour’s kitchen) and it would have been much appriciated to have known this before we arrived. Therefore 4 stars.
