  • Villa Dracoena är en "Belle Epoque" 1906 villa. Det ligger på Mont Boron, hjärtat av franska Rivieran på udden av Nice, mellan "Baie des Anges" och "Villefranche", med utsikt över havet och "Baie des Anges". Dess trädgård är 1000 kvadratmeter och innehåller många träd, i synnerhet apelsinträd och exotiska växter. Villan ligger nära den naturliga skogen "Mont Boron" där det är mycket trevligt att gå mellan trä och hav. Villan ligger på gångavstånd till gamla stan i Nice och "Promenade des Anglais", 5 min från Villefranche, 15 min från Nice internationella flygplats och 20 minuter från Monaco. Uppvärmning av poolen är tillgänglig.

    Att åka skidor från Nice: Det är möjligt att åka skidor från Nice på vintern inom 60 minuter med bil:
    Skidområden: Isola 2000, Auron, Valberg.
    Det är möjligt att åka skidor hela dagen och gå tillbaka med utsikt över "Baie des Anges" på kvällen.

Es war Alles fantastisch!Das Doppelzimmer das vom Garten her zugänglich ist, passt eher nicht zu den anderen perfekten Zimmern. Es war leider etwas feucht und stickig. Man bekommt das auch durch lüften nicht gelöst.(Am besten wenn man es bedingt durch die Personenzahl nicht braucht)Als kleine Verbesserung wäre eine Dusche am Pool eine Überlegung wert.

Highly Recommended!

This villa was exceptional. We have travelled all over Europe and it was the only place we rented that exceeded our expectations and was even more spectacular than the pictures depicted. The caretakers, Christian and his wife, were extraordinary and kept the house nice and clean and were always there to help when needed. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place with easy access to the French Rivera.

Villa Dracoena

My family of 6 stayed here over New Years. Everything was exactly as advertised. Even though the property was a little out of Nice central, which we liked, it was easy to get Uber anytime and have them pick you up at route11 as they can do a U-turn. That’s about a 1 min walk. The same is true for any tours you do. The views are incredible, and a supermarket is a short walk away. The kitchen has both a nespresso machine as well as a regular drip coffee maker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend..

Cousins trip

Donna was amazing. She responded immediately to any concerns. The Villa is beautiful but showing some wear. The bathrooms were updated. The bedrooms are air conditioned but the upstairs is not. We opened the windows and utilized the fan which was fine during the day. At night it was not recommended because of mosquitos. The views from the roof terrace are amazing. The location is good but requires taking the bus or Uber into town. The local market is close by to purchase all your needs. We were 7 adults and were comfortable. If you are looking to be away from the hustle and bustle this is a good location..close to everything but away from the noise and traffic. We had an amazing stay!

VIEWS!!! and convenient location

Villa Dracoena was absolutely the BEST way for us to experience Nice for 5 days. Donna met us at check-in and explained everything with the house to us. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated. There is every appliance that you need in the kitchen, including a coffee pot for us Americans, rather than just an expresso maker. Also, if coming from the states, be sure to bring outlet converters. Bedrooms are spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms. Washer and dryer are separate units, which makes laundry much faster. We used the balcony outside the kitchen for looking out over Nice while we were eating. The rooftop balcony was even more amazing and we had drinks and appetizers up there every evening and watched the sunset. Just gorgeous. Careful of the spiral staircase, it can be tricky. The grocery market at the bottom of the stairs is so convenient! Make sure to bring your shopping bags with you, there are plenty in the kitchen. We did not rent a car and used Uber to get everywhere. You may find it much easier to use the market as your pick-up and drop-off location, which is what we did. The road next to the villa is very narrow and only one-way. Uber rides into town and back averaged about $11 each way. Still less than renting a car and don't have to worry about parking. We are already planning our return trip to Nice and will absolutely being staying in Villa Dracoena, if it is available.

Absolut 5 Sterne !!

Wir (vier Freundinnen) haben Ende Oktober eine tolle Woche in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Bereits der Check-in mit Donna verlief total komplikationslos. Die Villa ist wirklich perfekt mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Schlafzimmer, Betten, das ganze Haus war für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Es stand alles mehr als ausreichend zur Verfügung. (Handtücher in großem Ausmaß, Föhne, Küchenutensilien, Gewürze, Wasch- und Spülmaschinenpods etc.) Es mangelte wirklich an Nichts. Wir hatten das Gefühl, die Villa würde uns von Freunden zur Verfügung gestellt. In den geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichteten Räumen haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Bilder übertreiben keinesfalls! Wir haben alles gern genutzt. Die Balkone mit ihren wunderschönen Aussichten (auch nachts); den nicht geheizten Pool, der noch ausreichend warm war; die Küche und den großen Tisch, um zu kochen und zu spielen. Zusätzliche Bemerkung: wir mussten feststellen, dass die Anmietung eines Autos (von einem Ausflug nach St. Tropez mal abgesehen) völlig unnötig war. In drei Minuten Entfernung befindet sich ein ausreichen ausgestatteter Carrefour, der Lebensmittel und alles für den täglichen Bedarf anbietet und sogar einen Lieferdienst anbietet. Dort befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle. Der ÖPNV ist insgesamt super.

Eine sehr schöne Aussicht in Nizza

Das Haus ist schön und hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool hat eine ideale Größe und die Temperatur ist sehr angenehm. Es ist ein altes, aber gepflegtes Haus. Die Badezimmer sind modern und sauber. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der unteren Etage, sind dunkel und etwas klein, haben aber eine Klimaanlage. Die Straßen sind sehr eng, aber mit etwas Geduld gibt es kein Problem, der Sektor ist während der Woche etwas laut. Das Haus hat keine Parkplätze, aber der Eigentümer hat einen Vertrag über einen Parkplatz in einem nahe gelegenen Wohnkomplex. Es ist auch möglich auf der Straße zu parken (es ist ein bisschen riskant ...).

Loved our stay in Nice!

Villa Dracoena is an absolutely beautiful property. We enjoyed the outside decks, the pool and the convenience of the location to stores and restaurants. Mauro was a big help to us arranging rides and trips! Highly recommend!!

A week in Nice

We are a family of seven enjoying a week at the lovely Villa Dracoena placed near Cap du Nice. The location is perfect; quiet area but still very close to the city (5-10 min. by bus or Uber), close to the cliffs where we did some fantastic snorkling and close to Coco beach and close to the super market (3 min. walk). The house is spacious and there is a great pool area. Perfect stop for a family of 6-8 persons in Nice.

Stayed several years ago...

Our family stayed at Villa Dracoena March of 2006. It so absolutely exceeded any expectation we could have had. There are so many memories that we created from the wonderful Marmalade, the walks around the area, and Mt. Boron Pizza. This is one of the vacations we share with all of our friends, and some day hope to return. The owner was easy to work with, and the local caretaker was great.

Superb stay at the Villa Dracoena

Our group stayed at the Villa Dracoena for a week at the beginning of June, and we had the times of our lives. The location of the villa is unbeatable (wonderfully elegant neighbourhood, close to Promenade des Anglais and the beach, as well as shops and restaurants, also close to bus stops), and the view is magnificent - even better than it looks in photos. The villa is gorgeous, very well maintained, with beautiful rooms and a very well appointed kitchen. Mr. and Mrs. Pax were very friendly and very helpful. We already miss our morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and are very much hoping to be able to go back to the Villa Dracoena soon.
