“The reception is in another building, 300 m away, which caused us some confusion when arriving. When we got there, the staff was very kind and everything wenr smoothly. But please inform your guest that the check-in is in the Victoria Suites, at Rue Victoria, so your guests can go there directly. ”

“Comfy place, we appreciated the attention to details like coffee/tea/chocolate and breakfast stuff. Unfortunately, we could hear a lot of noises from the apartment upstairs, like water flushing, shower and walking/running. Overall good staying, but bad soundproofing.”

“Good”

“Our stay was very enjoyable and the host was responsive to any messages. The water had a slight odor, probably because it was not city water. The parking area was small, so I had to park on the grass once.”

“This was my first time booking through vrbo. There was some mix up but everything got figured out. Overall it's a nice safe place to spend a night.”

“Nice room in a good location”

“Great room and location! In the middle on downtown close to the Byward market and Rideau mall. Great place and easy check-in”

“Lovely area on a nice lake to walk around.”

“Clean and comfortable. Check in process was not well communicated prior.”
