Villa Oliviana in Montecarlo – Relax in an Olive Grove with Pool

Villa Oliviana is our lovingly restored home, managed with great care for the environment—an essential value for us. The villa is nestled in the peace of an ancient olive grove of about one hectare. A spacious, bright veranda overlooks the garden, offering guests an ideal spot to unwind.



Inside, Villa Oliviana stands out as a special place where well-being, culture, and a love of nature come together to create a truly unforgettable holiday. The 70-square-meter saltwater pool, located in front of the terrace, offers fun and relaxation with a focus on water quality and environmental care.



The villa is divided into two completely separate and independent areas: one for guests, the other for the owners’ family. This arrangement allows for prompt support if needed, while also letting guests enjoy an authentic connection with the region.



Villa Oliviana is set in the beautiful surroundings of Montecarlo di Lucca, a charming and well-preserved medieval village. Perched on a hill at 162 meters above sea level, Montecarlo is strategically located between Lucca (16 km, about 30 minutes by car), Pisa (45 km, about 40 minutes), and Florence (66 km, about 60 minutes).



Other important information: the pool is open from May 1 to October 15, though dates may vary depending on weather. The ground floor bathroom is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Please note there is a step at the villa entrance, but a ramp can be installed. A security system with cameras is present outside at the villa’s corners. The owners’ two dogs and a cat live on site. All bathrooms have showers; one also has a bathtub.
