“I can’t say enough about this trip of a lifetime. The villa is spectacular. The staff are amazing. They planned an excellent birthday dinner in the courtyard, a cooking class and a fabulous lunch at the villa. All of the food was excellent. The property manager could not have done anything better. She made several reservations for us and even purchased a few things for my grandson to assure that his trip was special. We felt like royalty. We will be back!!”

“We stayed here for just over two weeks and cannot rave enough about the generosity Stefano, Beatrice & Michele showed us. The place is very clean, our hosts were gracious and helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and Stefano & Beatrice would gift us with treats. Would highly recommend as a quiet get away and home base if you are touring Northern Italy. Thank you so much! “Loved the villa. Did trips to Pisa and Lucca. Ate at Stefani across the street which was amazing!! Make reservations though. We didnt use all of the bedrooms, had so much space for us! Grilled steaks one night, we bought meat from the local butcher and they were awesome!”

“The house met all our expectations and we had a great week. The view over the hills is fantastic! The pool area is lovely and some days we spent whole days around here, a plus is that the depth is 2,4 m in the deep end. “Great property and communication with hosts/managers was clear and easy. A little hard to find the first night when we arrived after dark, and you wouldn’t want to be without a car as it’s too far to walk to the village or train station. “This house is absolutely adorable situated up on the hills in Tuscany. It has everything you need - magnificent views, pool, nice garden, well equipped kitchen, pizza oven, 3 bathrooms. We were a group of 9 people, adults and teenagers, and everyone truly enjoyed the stay. Debora was a great host welcoming us with wine and pastries! She was very helpful and keen to make our stay memorable. I would highly recommend everyone to stay in this villa!”
