“Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence.”

“It was disappointing that I was charged 20 euro for arriving at 20:25. I know that the cut off time was 20:00, but I explained that there was a train issue. It then took them until 21:10 to arrive to let us in even though I told them that we would be there 30 minutes prior as they asked. The place is nice.
