“No working elevator, was in a room on the 5th floor. I have bad knees having to walk up 5 floors was very hard on me. No room was available on lower floors.”

“Only issue I had was that the railing on the steps was filthy. This is an issue to someone who needs to hold on using steps.”

“The room and halls of the hotel were not clean. We felt there may have been fleas In the room. There was dog poop residue on the floor of our room. We got to the hotel late, so we didn’t notice till the morning . I will not be repeat customer.”

“Great place to stay in the Lake Norman area. There was a lot of road construction in the area that caused congestion and couldn't access sidewalks so you really can't leave the hotel on foot, but that's not the hotel's fault. Fresh coffee in the lobby at all times and very clean. I'll stay here again.”

“The room was ok. The breakfast was not good. When we went out in the evening we couldn’t get into our room again turns out the room were double booked and the hotel had let somone else in. The issue were solved but the frontdesk didn’t do much to make us feel safe again.”
