The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast menu with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

“Our room was clean and staff was friendly! Breakfast was delicious and there were many options to buy if you needed a snack in the lobby. We did not try the grill area but the food smell really good!”

“I love the Tru hotels for overnight stays on our way to and from Florida, or anywhere! They provide exactly what you need for a short stay - very clean and a free breakfast in the morning. This location is particularly nice as you can walk to a number of nice restaurants for dinner.”

“Toilet didnt work upon arrival asked them to fix it they said they would but it took 3 more phone calls through the day Shower didnt drain well Tv kept losing signal on all channels ”

“Floors will turn your feet/socks black from the filth coating them. Had to switch rooms numerous times because of issues with them. Staff said they returned my $50 deposit but i never recieved it back on my card. ”

“The room was ok. The breakfast was not good. When we went out in the evening we couldn’t get into our room again turns out the room were double booked and the hotel had let somone else in. The issue were solved but the frontdesk didn’t do much to make us feel safe again.”
