“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast menu with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

“DO NOT! I REPEAT Please do not book this hotel for many, many reasons. Please read other reviews to see room cleanliness issues. We didn't even get that far! They also failed to mention that their pool was closed for weeks and weeks. Though on Expedia they promote having a pool and on their website there was no mention of it being closed. Clearly false advertising in my opinion. I travel with 2 kids who love swimming so when we showed up for our room we had to book some place else with a pool...

“The room was clean enough for me. It was within walking distance of a place to eat. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, spoke good English and I was able to smoke in the room.”

“Dead bug on the bedspread. Only orange juice and milk as well as coffee available for "breakfast", not even water. Some cold cereal and a bit of fruit. Since this hotel has a no refund policy, we didn't have much choice as to staying there. Our room was under the stairs that led to the second floor and so was dark and didn't feel very safe. Would not recommend.”

“Gym was nice for early morning workout. Large rooms with comfortable king size beds. Breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, bacon, scones, cereal, juices, toast. Great location to Lake Norman off I-77. ”
