“I had some issues prior to my original arrival. Called several times but, never able to reach the proper person to see if I could move my trip out by one day. Due to my vehicle repairs. Left several messages no call backs so, I just paid $300 for an extra nights stay into Saturday! I will be back in July for work so, hopefully things will be a lot better during my next stay. “Stayed here for 2 nights. Our room on the 5th floor was quite noisy due to the constant opening and closing of nearby doors, which made it difficult to fully relax. Unfortunately, the elevator stopped working during our stay, but the staff accommodated us by moving us to a room on the 1st floor, which felt like an upgrade and was much more comfortable.
