“Devo esprimere la mia più totale insoddisfazione per il soggiorno presso wuesto appartamento.
Trovo inaccettabile che nel mese di giugno a Bresso, con temperature prossime ai 40 gradi, venga offerto un alloggio privo di aria condizionata e dotato esclusivamente di un piccolo ventilatore del tutto insufficiente. Di conseguenza, non sono riuscito a dormire né io né mio figlio per tutta la notte, compromettendo completamente la mia permanenza.
Altrettanto grave è stata la scoperta del bagno...
