The modern villa Amataa is located in the charming fishing village of Mošćenička Draga in the Kvarner region. Thanks to its enviable location, the villa offers a captivating view of the sea and the surroundings. The spacious Villa Amataa, with its 366 m2 of living space, provides accommodation for 12 guests in 6 airy bedrooms equipped with comfortable double beds. Each bedroom also has its own fully equipped bathroom. There are showers in five bathrooms, while one bathroom, in addition to a shower, features a beautiful bathtub for guests to enjoy relaxing baths. Three bedrooms with bathrooms are located on the first floor, while the remaining three are on the second floor of this fully air-conditioned villa. Two sofa beds are also available for additional guests, providing comfortable accommodation for 4 more people. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor. 

The beautiful ground floor of Villa Amataa consists of a lovely kitchen equipped with top-notch appliances, a comfortable dining area, and a spacious living room designed for pleasant moments with family and friends after enjoying a delicious lunch. 

The villa's interior exudes simplicity and elegance, with interesting shades of purple, emerald green, royal blue, and red bringing the necessary freshness and relaxation. Large glass surfaces allow plenty of natural light into all rooms. 

The ground floor has direct access to the terrace with a beautiful heated pool measuring 3.80m x 9.80m equipped with hydro-massage nozzles. Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool at any time of day, while relaxation is possible on 12 comfortable sun loungers located by the pool. The terrace also features an outdoor kitchen with a wood/charcoal barbecue and a covered dining area, where guests can enjoy meals in the fresh air. 

The villa's entertainment offer includes complete equipment for table tennis and badminton, as well as a trampoline. 

Guests also have 4 private parking spaces within the property.
