“The apartment is spacious, with great amenities in a fantastic, safe location, It's within walking distance of great restaurants. The apartment was stocked with everything you might need, including a large stove with an oven, a bottle of olive oil, and salt. The air conditioning worked extremely well and was a lifesaver during the hot weather. It was the perfect place to relax. The hosts also provided coffee pods for the coffee machine. The host was very accommodating and extremely responsive.”

“10 minutes from Catania airport which is why we booked it. 15 minutes walk to Euro pizza which was the best we had our whole trip! Supermarket across the street. The neighborhood did not have much else within walking distance. We booked uber for airport and there is a bus (L-EX). The rental is nice and clean. It is on the top floor with no elevator. We were able to carry our luggage so it wasn’t a problem. Washing machine and drying rack on balcony for clothes. There is a loft with a single pull...

“Wir haben lange nach der Unterkunft gesucht, da die angegebene Hausnummer nicht existierte. Der Besitzer antwortete erst später und gab uns eine andere Hausnummer, was sehr mühsam war. Das Zimmer roch nach Schimmel, die Bettlaken und Polster waren schmutzig und es gab keine Handtücher – wir mussten selbst welche kaufen! Als wir den Besitzer darauf ansprachen, erhielten wir keine Antwort mehr.”

“A wonderful place within 5 minute walk of the city square and shops/restaurants on Etnea walking street. The room is spacious with large windows that open onto a large courtyard where you can enjoy a glass of wine. The bathroom was very modern, the kitchen well equipped with modern appliances yet the space had very rustic feel. The hosts were very responsive and provided excellent video instructions on how to find the place and get in which is through a large electric car gate into a car...

"Great hotel, we had a lovely time. The room was nice and cool, which was needed. Cleaning was perfect. Pool is large, swimming in the sea is nice and easy. The only drawback would be the bar and restaurant. The bar is way too expensive, unreasonably so. The staff in the bar are friendly and professional, except for one or two individuals who came off as quite rude when they realised we didn’t speak Italian. The restaurant is very good, but the experience can vary a lot. One evening was very nice and calm with quick service, but another evening felt like an extreme rush, slow serving, lack of cutlery, no wine list being presented and the food completely lacking in quality (which was amended quickly, but still the service can be lacking at times) All in all a great experience."

"Best beds ever during my stay in Catania and this was the third hotel I stayed at. A little bit far the centre but food and service made up for it. For me, that likes to walk to exercise it was OK though as I walked 9 km in total down below Piazza Duomo in the evening. Downhill on the way there but back….Mamma Mia! 😅"

"This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. I have stayed at several five-star all-inclusive resorts in Sicily, and this is by far the best one. Every member of the staff – from reception to the pool and restaurants – is genuinely dedicated to giving guests the best possible experience. If a small mistake happens, just be kind. They work incredibly hard and will do everything they can to make things right. As someone who hates food waste, I loved their all-inclusive concept. Instead of huge buffets, you order high-quality dishes from a menu. We didn’t waste a single bite because everything was delicious and perfectly portioned. At Riva, don’t miss the Burrata & Avocado Salad with a glass of La Segreta, served with a smile by Zeny. At Kaigan, the uramaki rolls and the spectacular view of Mount Etna are a must. At Scausu Grill, order the beef tenderloin medium rare—Alvie will make sure it arrives perfectly cooked. And don’t leave without trying the Nocciola ice cream and the best Amaretto Sour I’ve ever had at Lime Bar! Check-in and check-out were effortless. We even received a small room upgrade, and William kindly collected us with the golf cart and handled our luggage. Reception also quickly fixed a couple of billing mistakes and gave us a courtesy room before our taxi arrived. We’ve already decided to come back. Please keep your amazing staff and don’t change a thing—they’re what makes this place so special. Thank you for giving us one of our best holidays ever. ❤️"
