"I had a great stay, comfortable bed, room supplies replenished every day, breakfast staff always gave me a nice start to the day. Possible to walk into the downtown area."

"Det bästa med detta hotell är läget och att fast pass till universal & IOA ingår. Jättefint poolområde också men det var stängt tre av fyra dagar när vi var där för det var för kallt. Vattentaxin till parkerna var mysig och det tog bara 7 minuter att gå dit. "

"Helt nytt och fräscht hotell. Men tyvärr fick vi bara städning 2 av 5 dagar. En dag trodde vi de missat men dagen efter bad vi om städning och frågade om de missat. Fick då bäddade sängar men ingen städning. Dåligt! Bra frukost. Bra med gratis parkering. Tyvärr ingen transfer till SeaWorld den dagen vi behövde det. Lite synd!"

"The rooms were nice, location good in proximity to Universal. Receptionists were very helpful. But the breakfast needs a great improvement: there were no vegetables at all, we ate with plastic cutlery and paper plates, the place is extremely small, hard to find a free table to sit, and there were big queues to fetch food, which itself was not great either. Also the cleaning of rooms is every other day, and they only changed towels for us the first cleaning, left the bed unmade and didnt clean anything."

"Väldigt stort hotell med annorlunda inredning, 50-tal. Rent och fint, men stort och opersonligt. Restaurangen var som en skolmatsal. Maten sådär. Stort poolområde med flera pooler och gratis solstolar. Fanns också en liten sandstrand. Gratis bussar till Universal."

"Perfect hotel if you are going to Universal and don’t have a car. 15 min wal to the Universal area. Great pool and spacious rooms. Highly recommended."

"Good value for money, the hotel is older but clean and well functioning. The area felt safe. The staff seemed uninterested ans stressed most of the time."
