“Older & very cool up-side-down boat houses. The first 7 units are near roadside, face ocean & are very quiet (baring any possible noise from neighbor guests). Others are behind front units, in back on lower-rear road. Dont believe the Hot-Tub images you see on some Internet postings, showing a hot-tub in front of units facing ocean....they dont exist. “The unit was clean, tidy and comfortable. In a residential area that was very quiet. Everything that was needed available. Host, Ray, she was easily available and delightfully friendly. Be sure to talk about stairs.”

“Very clean, spacious, well equipped suite. Not a big fan of the "Hunted House" decoration though. The stove fan was very loud. Outside deck was a bonus! Enjoyed having coffee there in the morning. It was a pleasant stay over all. Thank you!”
