“You can tell the owners care for the house and want you to have a comfortable experience. It was clean and comfortable. Always felt safe in the neighborhood. Conveniently located. The light switch for the back bedroom is in the hall. It took us a while to find that one. The bathroom could use a remodel but overall the house was perfect for our weekend needs. ”

“Super nice and comfortable place for my family (me & spouse & 2 teens) to stay while visiting family in the Quad Cities. Convenient location. Duck Creek with its recreational pathway is just around the corner for a morning jog or a little bit of smallmouth bass fishing. ”

“Booked this location for my 60th birthday with the “girls”. We hardly left the house because the rooms, the decor, the patios, the views, the location, the property manager - - everything was of the highest standard!!! We did find shopping, breweries and restaurants close by. The pictures are reflective of the house, but the real thing is even better. Communication with property manager was excellent! ”

“My family was looking for a place to hide out from fireworks and let the pups swim!! The house was just what we needed. We heard a few fireworks mainly off in the distance so the pups weren’t overly bothered by them. The two bigger dogs loved playing in the pond and going for rides on my paddle board and the littles got to enjoy all the new smells! We didn’t catch any fish but we tried. Overall a perfect place to hideaway. ”
