“The room is incredibly poorly designed. There are only four hooks and three hangers to store things on – that includes clothes, jackets, and towels. The only surface in the room besides two tiny bedside tables is the sink. The shower smells strongly of sewage, and the odor spreads into the room. We asked for an extra duvet for the room, and it took several days to resolve despite speaking with the reception multiple times.
