"Terrible experience. Couldn’t sleep all night, because of the itchy bed. Same problem for stepmom in room number two the same night. Neighbour parking is a scam, stayed there 5 minutes and got a fine. No warning from the hotel. The standards is very old and worn down. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. Also, I was only met by arrogance when addressing the issues. If I could give a review with minus score I would."

"Ett förstaklass hotell som har det man förväntar sig. Luftkonditionering och kylskåp var ett plus. Jättebra frukost med generöst brödutbud. Trevlig personal. Perfekt övernattningshotell om man kommer med tåg."

"The hotel was ok, nothing special, upon arriving, it had a sports bar downstairs, very loud and messy, lots of alcohol and heavy drinking. It was self checkin and everyone who was checking in had issues so someone had to come and help. For a 4 star at this price, it should not be self checkin. I had an issue with the room and they changed me immediately but the walls at this hotel very thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. Gym and pool was not included it was an extra price, once again when you pay 1700 SEK a night, these should be included. Breakfast was average."

"Ett anrikt hotell på tågstationen i Leeds vilket för oss var ett perfekt läge. Fina, stora rum så trots att det märks att det har många år på nacken så är det fortsatt fint och känns inte nedgånget."
